plenty of twisted up cars drive the same after a frame rack and somebody who actually knows how to do it properly....sure a ton of cars on the road drive like shit after frame work, but frames are repairable, and if done right, that car would drivel like normal, assuming somebody put the effort and money into fixing it correctly also, i would not be surprised to see a lot of base model c6 parts end up on it...fenders, roof, etc...you can fix it without all the fancy shit (takes away from the zr1 itself, but its still a zr1 with an ls9)...whoever is fixing it i doubt will care about originality of that shit, since the rebuilt title would ruin its value anyways....i bet the calipers on it are usable still also, and a set of replica wheels will get it rolling with some new rotors we may never know for sure, but i would be willing to bet this thing sees the street again ide bet it goes for around 25-30k

it is...LS9 under the hood, zr1 wheels and brakes, zr1 cluster, etc etc...wreckedexotics lists it as a z06, as does the auction site (well..it just says "Z") but it is actually a zr1

anyone here ever go on any trails with mildly modified trucks? nothing crazy, just looking for somewhere i can play around with 32" tires and a stock ride height....even somewhere just to get dirty would be ok too i suppose....prefer trails that arent too narrow, dont wanna tear my paint up too much any casual trail drivers on here?

thats why i added the list of others....you can get a 1g vmax for less than 5k, nurkvinny is selling his mean streak for 4 something i think in the bike shop, im not sure what the m109rs go for (edit..one on ebay for 7500 with 3k miles), theres affordable cruisers that arent slow. they dont handle like a sport bike for sure, but with a proper rider theyre not bad...he already said he doesnt ride his sport bike to its potential anyways, so im assuming hes a moderate rider not a balls out knee dragger.... i was told the last CSBA ride there was a goldwing with a passenger, keeping up with the front group.... ive never ridden a sport bike to compare brakes, but i do agree that cruisers could use better brakes...my bike is a tank to stop, but they make an r1 comversion kit for it for someone who is just a moderate rider, there are affordable, decent handling cruisers available....youre not gonna be dragging knee and passing supermotos on one though

you can get one with less than a thousand miles on it for 15...the OP never specified a price range even the 1G vmax is a high 10/ low 11 bike bone stock, and you can find them for 3k....i was just saying that not all cruisers are slow...rocket iii, vmax, vrod, mean streak, m109r, etc etc
