You have any of the rest of the car? I have a 94 I need some stuff for
Yep, sure do. Pretty much complete. PM me a list of what you need and I will get back with you.

I hope those of you that weren't registered to vote, are registered now. If you don't vote, you have no right to bitch about who got elected.
A short spelling lesson:
The last four letters in American..........I Can
The last four letters in Republican.......I Can
The last four letters in Democrats.........Rats
End of lesson. Test to follow in November.
Remember, November is to be set aside as rodent extermination month.

so you're in the habit of calling relative strangers "bro?"
I stand by my comment.
what's wrong with that, G?
-
and another thing (probably what I should have said first):
If they HAD put out the fire, why would anyone else in that city ever pay their fire fees again?
They could just wait until their house caught on fire, and then pay what they owed in late fees.
The fire department wouldn't be able to pay their employees, and there wouldn't BE a fire department for anyone.
It won't let me rep you again. lol
-
you know what, I'm happy this happened.
There SHOULD be consequences for stupidity. This guy took a risk, and it bit him in the ass.
Do I think the government should have to notify you that you're delinquent on your Fire Protection Fees? Of course. Do I think they should give you 120 days to pay before they stop responded to emergency calls? Yes.
But this guy was completely aware of the fact that he hadn't paid, and just thought it didn't matter. That attitude of entitlement is bullshit. He had his chance to pay his $75 just like every one of his neighbors did. They were responsible; he wasn't.
A few points that should also be noted:
- paying a yearly fee for fire protection services is pretty common out West. Not as common in TN, but it's not as strange as it sounds to Ohioans.
- this county VOTED for the fire department to function in this manner. As a result, their taxes are significantly lower.
As far as I'm concerned, this is no different than cities who charge for trash collection. You stop paying, and they stop picking up. I fail to see why fire should be any different. Or is that a "right" now too?
+1

At least he was respectful and left you alone after you told him you were taken.

Yeah I know. I might have to go weep in a corner though for being compared to TD by that other jerk face.

Masi
Ahh, you know I was just messing with you.

Deer run away when they hear me coming on my bicycle... and yes I encounter them a ton when cycling in the mornings.
Do you ride a 1974 Huffy?
-
That's awesome to hear! This is exactly why I wear a .45 on my hip even when I am home. You just never know what could happen.
-
I have a FZR 600.
$2999.99.
-
I may know someone who may really want this. I'll get back to you.
Awesome. Thanks man.

These all came off a 1995 Toyota Camry. Everything is in good work order, no cracks except for the right front marker light. It has slight hairlines in it but don't seem to be all the way through the lens.
Left Rear tail light. $40
Right Rear tail light. $40
Front bumper turn signals. $15 for the set.
Left front marker light. $5
Right front marker light $5
Right headlight. $15. I do not have the left side, it was damaged.
Set of wheel covers, $10 for the set.

Came off a 1968 Bronco. This was the auxiliary tank on the RIGHT side of the truck. Really good condition. $80.
-
Model BF300. The separate bracket has been modified to fit a B1750. Slight residue at the cylinders. Bucket has been rewelded with a plate at the bottom. Works great, just have no use for it anymore. $800 OBO

Got three Ford F150 aluminum wheels and one steel wheel. They are 5 on 5 1/2 bolt pattern. All are straight. The aluminum have some corrosion where the weights were at, the steel does have some slight surface rust in places.
$30 per aluminum wheel.
$10 for the steel wheel.
I also have 3 Ford truck center caps. Come with the screws to bolt them on.
$5 each.

Gee wonder who told ya about that?
Regularly, just bought another one yesterday off there.
Gunbroker fails in comparison, Armslist is mostly private sellers that want face to face transactions, not ate up with dealers like GunBroker.
I can see that. I've never bought anything off there and don't really scutinize it. More of a "hey, wonder what's on there today" type thing.
-
I browse gunbroker.com from time to time.

can hear a little before and hear much more after it flies by. directional. ( I really just wanted to post a vid of a sweet ultra low high speed flyby)
-
I am pretty sure I have said Sex rather and six over the radio, I have also gotten my ass chewed out by the chief flight instructor for saying shit over the radio as well
I never talked over the radio in a plane before, done just a little flying in a Cessna though. But I have two military comms stories.
There was a soldier out in the desert in Cali. higher wanted her loaction so over the radio you hear "Roger, I am under the moon riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight now!"
The other was a guy that kept saying "fuck" every other word. I can't remember the exact transmission but it was funny. "uhhh fuckin.....fuck.......fucking..."
-
Yeah but that isn't fire resistant Gump. I do like that idea though. Out of sight, out of mind.
-
How cheap is cheap enough? And how fire resistant does it need to be? what kind of size?
If you aren't to picky on size and time it can withstand fire, this is pretty cheap.
But I'll keep an eye out for ya.
-
If that weren't so long, that would be sig worthy. So, you get rep instead.
Make sure you vote next month!
