  1. Would he be willing to do a test ride if I let him hold onto a couple hundred....

And where is he located?! I still need to talk to the Momz about thinking about it and at least driving out to look at it.

I'm sure he would be but I'll ask. You do have a permit/endorsement right? The bike is in Johnstown, Ohio. Here's a map, but the address is wrong on it, just on the other side of Harmony Church Road.

  3. Seriously. I don't think there was even that much, and definitely not anything concrete other than there is no law about it, but you'll probably get a ticket for "something" if they want to pull you over for it.

There is a law about it. It's something like lanes and lines. One motor vehicle per lane. I've talked to a good friend who happens to be a PD Chief. That;s what he told me anyways.

  4. That fricken stupid.

This means nothing without video lol. come on man were is the flip video camera or at least your cell. I so could have injoyed this more being able to watch him going down the side walk. I would have wanted to see the peoples faces after he passed them.

    +1, That'd have been awesome.

Yes lane splitting is illegal in Ohio. One vehicle per lane.

  5. IMO texting is MUCH dangerous than eating a burger or changing the station. yes, they are all distractions, but when you are texting and driving, you arent looking at the road. you are pretty much driving blind.

studies show that txting drivers are more impaired than drunk drivers.

I have seen tests to confirm that.
