You realize you just jinxed yourself.
Damnit, well if/when I do get one, it won't be for a little while longer until I get the bike back out

Back to what your question actually was, they didn't write the fine amount on the back of the ticket? Don't they do that in Ohio? It's been so long since I have had a ticket, I have no idea how much it would be.
-
I guess. I just think its bs. I honk my horn at people doing stupid shit all the time' date='
its the only thing that makes them realize they're doing stupid shit.
[/quote']
Wow, really? You mean the people that don't know how to drive in the first place, the ones that almost run you over while on the bike? Honking the horn makes them realize they were being stupid?
-
What about a sport-tourer?
-
Just south of the Akron area there are quite a few. I recall something about a sign that said "Covered Bridge County" or something to that effect. I also believe Ohio's longest covered bridge is around that area as well.
-
Not many around here have respect for the little 250's. I like the one we have, but I don't think I want another one!

Come on guy's I thought this was a GUN forum!
Ohio Riders > Time Wasters > Off-Topic > Don't use your horn in Whitehall !
Gun forum?
-
Nope. I'm a lefty, always over. It bothers me so much to be under that if I'm in a public place or someone's house, I'll switch it. Glad it's not needed it often outside of my home.
I've switched em too. As for left v right, not every lefty goes under, just something I've noticed. Maybe it isn't that way at all, I dunno.

Here is some help on bleeding after you drain out your old fluid.
-
Dont run frame sliders on a track bike. In the event of a crash frame sliders can dig deep into the dirt and cause the bike to flip rather than slide. Non of the teams that i paint for use sliders citing the above and that due to most mounting points depending on the crash they can alo do more frame damage than good ie: snapping motor mounts and snapping themselves leaving a broke bolt to extract
That's what I have heard, they tend to do more damage than protection. Go with folding levers/pedals and such. Or just don't wreck

That sucks. Better to be out 6 hours than $5400 and find something worse.
-
lol, still not a law. Just good advice from the driver's handbook.
And I do honk horn when passing. Most of the time, anyway...
But it negates "for emergency only" and it says "the law requires"
-
He twisted nothing. Ohio law says a horn is only to be used in an emergency situation.
Incorrect. Ohio driver's handbook states:
When passing to the left, the law requires that a driver overtaking another
vehicle do these things:
1. Sound the horn to warn the driver of the vehicle being overtaken that he/
she is about to be passed
-
Over!
Chuck Norris is under.... :-(
:eek:I'd rather ranger wipe.
-
Thats kind of cool actually, I'd ride it.
-
I will be out on one, if not both of mine today. I see some irony here...
Did you get them runnin yet? One has 3/4 of a motor in it, the other doesn't start 90% of the time.
-
So, about an hour or so of work and you could have it back to where you can ride it. You're getting as bad on the excuses as I was when it was getting cold!
I really don't want to ride it until it is done. That's my motivation to get it done. But see, unlike either of your bikes, mine runs
-
I won't be riding. Bike has all plastics off waiting to be prepped and painted. Headlights are out and I need to adjust/sync the carbs before I take it out.
-
So anyone going up there I am gonna leave here in a bit?
Nope, too far away.
-
I'll pass on the night sights though. Waste of $$ in my opinion.
My M&P had them on it when I bought it. They guy I bought it from puts them on most all his guns. I really like them, I think they are actually easier to see in daylight as well. I really want the Crimson Trace laser grips, those are really nice.
-
You bought it private right??
-
That was one of the reasons I picked the XD over the Glock. Feels kinda like an old .45 in my hand. Well, that and I got a smokin deal on it.
I looked at the XD's, didn't like how it felt in my hand. Got a good deal on my M&P, but it has NO safety, just my finger.
OVER or UNDER...
