  1. Rotella has been awesome in everything I've seen that uses it regularly. I run Rotella in my Interceptor with great results. Back to the 250. I run the Valvoline 10W40 Motorcycle Oil in mine, and I use a Wix (Carquest or Napa) filter. It's worked out well so far! I don't see much point in spending the big bux (1.85$ or more) for synthetic in it.

    Ringo.

Fonzie or Magley, take your pick.
  3. Lancaster? Why am I not surprised?
  4. And we're still waiting...
  5. Wow! As much as I hate to rep you, I think I might have to for that one! She drives a Prius. Oops! I mean HE.
  6. Oh, I thought the knee-down thing was taking place of the June ride. This is good news!
  7. Yeah, I threw caution into the wind and rode today, got lucky and didn't get wet on the way home. I got a few sprinkles when I was within a mile of home, but nothing came of it. Tomorrow looks like a bust for riding too, unless someone wants to get wet. My laptop would not like me very well for that.
  8. You must ride it like a girl! I CAN get 60+ on the ninja 250, but most of the time it's more like 50, since I ride the shit out of it.

My bike is older than that.

    My wife :(

    That's a bad thing?
  11. Good point. I do save a little on gas when I commute on the bike (which with all the weird weather we've had lately isn't that much) but a lot of riding is just riding for fun.

How have I missed this thread all day? Wow!
  13. I like to have the rider in front of me fairly close, so that I can see them to tell where the road goes, but not too close.
  14. I think it was on 666 where I had a tar snake slip me up a little bit, too. Yes, it was a very good time!
  15. Only one choice? I think the after party should happen (I may not attend though) but be more informal, byob, very little planning beyond finding a place and tossing some firewood into a pile and burning it.
  16. Huh? Grammar pwns you! I pretty much agree with you Nick, but there are reasons other than natural disasters, war, zombie apocalypse, etc. for preparedness. A good example for financial preparedness would be a job loss, temporary disability, etc where you could use some of what you have saved/stored. Personally, I pray that God takes me before the fit hits the shan to where all of this is really needed.
  17. He should have had the deer whistles on his helmet, not the belt.
  18. They left out #7: All that money you're saving on gas? Yeah, that goes to tires.
  19. Sounds logical to me, and a lot less concern of killing an innocent bystander.
  20. Troof! You can just: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rB0Le3oM1b8
  21. Someone should have put something together. I would love to see Jagr cut his hand open. I'm going to go by after work, maybe a couple times.
  22. Funny way to put the pinky story! Welcome, again.
  23. I've heard that those twins can be tempermental bitches. Glad you got it all sorted out. I must've just missed seeing the "fixed" update.
