That's true, but a company's rep is based on the people they have do the job. If they have people doing crappy work, they're not going to keep them, or at least they will get them the training they need to do the job better.

With all the advertising they do, and as big as they are, they had better do a good job! I just didn't know about their pricing.

In the past, we've used Harr's. Now we use Richarson's, but they're out of Newark, not sure how far they'll go for mobile install, but I know they will go to Johnstown! We've not had any issues with either.

That is the fuel vapors causing his issue. My 04 does it, too. Actually, my Ninja 250 also makes the noise that the OP is talking about once in a while. If I raise the RPM's a bit, it will go away, as well as being related to the clutch. I think it could be a leak between the cylinder head and the carb, but I haven't noticed it the past week, so I'm not worrying much about it.
