  1. I'll PM you with what needs to be done later this afternoon, or evening. It's easy, and doesn't require going to the stealership. I have to get going now, I have kid screaming to get out of his crib!
  2. Good luck! I REALLY need to get going with SOMETHING! I'm not really overweight, just so out of shape. My wife is doing the Wii Fit thing, and seeing great results, and I'm still slacking! Running isn't very convenient, but with the weather breaking, and roads clearing, I should be able to do some. wish me luck as well!
  3. What Mel said, unless you know the BRC, and can teach the way they do it, you could do more harm than good. I got my wife going on the power walking and even the first couple gears, then we took the class. I was already riding well, and was taking the class for the test waiver, and any extra skills I could pick up. She took the class as a way to learn it all! I was bored out of my mind for quite a bit of the course, but it was still worth it, for the mindset, if nothing else.
  4. So, Fonz? C25K done, is that all you got? Are you moving on to anything else, or back to the couch?
  5. Anyone ELSE? Come on man... srsly? Fonzie jogs. C25K.
  6. How true is this? What is the "gold star" that you speak of? Welcome postwhore....
  7. Not long enough. Just went a couple miles.

  9. Why, have you started bleeding once a month for about a week at a time?
  10. The kidnappers finally let you go, I see! Happy birthday! Winter time is the time to hang out on here MORE not LESS! What else is there to do to pass the time, besides drinking, and a few hours here and there of work?
  11. Oh, cool! I just looked at that map, and I know exactly where that is, too! A machinist I used to work, "retired" and setup his own shop right by there. He later moved though.
  12. I'll have to give Jeff a call when I finally decide to get my tint redone. The back glass is suffering from the cheap tint syndrome, that is bubbling and turning purple. I can't complain too much though, it was already done when I bought the car!
  13. I'm really liking the netflix streaming deal. Streams movies and stuff to the Xbox 360 and the PC. They also stream to PS3's many Blu-ray players, and soon to the Wii. It's 8.99 a month, and includes the regular Netflix deal where they send you a moive at a time. All unlimited.
  14. Oh yeah, I use my work boots for riding.
  15. Eye protection is required, and if you just have a learner's permit, or a license for less than a year, a helmet is required. Nice way to put it! I usually only put on the riding pants when I'm going for a long, or more spirited ride.
  16. Helmet, gloves, jacket and pants, after insurance and license. DO NOT ride without license or insurance, and do not ride without gear. You can get some of the gear for less, but the more you can afford the better. I have around $100 in a Snell 2005 approved helmet, about $150 in a textile jacket with shoulder and elbow protection, about $50 in a pair of summer gloves, about $100 in colder weather gloves, about $ 130 in textile pants.
  17. The anti-theft learning may not be required, only if the vehicle doesn't start.
  18. The labor guide says 1.1 hours. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the spring retainers off the edges of the VCM. Slide the VCM out of the bracket at an angle. Remove the connectors from the VCM Is the new one already programmed for the vehicle it's going into? There's also a procedure that you have to go through to get the PCM and the Body Comtrol Module (BCM) to learn the fuel "password" that is part of the anti-theft system. It takes about 1/2 hour, and lot's of waiting in that 1/2 hour!
  19. I think I read a thread on here about it, and basically, it sux.
  20. Oh, Hope you guys are having a blast!
  21. WOW! That fuel spill sucked BAD!
