Seeing that it's not a misunderstanding or anything, the guy really needs to fess up if he's got a cash flow problem and can't get the parts, or whatewver the case may be. At this point, he needs to give you the bike back, no matter what his situation. He's just making things worse for himself at this point.

I love my Zune 30, I just don't get to use it much. I'm going to try it out while riding, soon.

I'll have my wife chime in also. Her thing over the past few months has been trying all new stuff out of the many cookbooks that she has. There haven't been many that weren't good, at least for me. The kids think otherwise!

Back to the OP, I think it's a bad idea to ride without a jacket, but that's what makes this country great. You have the freedom to ride without a jacket, just as I ahve to the freedom to ride with one, and express my opinion that I think you should ride with one!

I hope this all works out, and that it's a breakdown in communication or something! Sounds like this guy is a good guy that has fallen into a bad situation.

On the other hand, he should keep the customers informed about what's going on when he is in possesion of their bikes! No excuse for this!
