If you do end up pulling the fuse box, now is the time to replace them all.

Gonna have to pull the box to get behind it and pull the plug out like you would a wire from a connector.

We drove through Maggie OTW to Cherokee. We stayed at the casino there. Wednesday morning around 930 was when we hit the Dragon, on the way out. Didn't see a car or a bike until we got through it and stopped at the overlook. It was great.

If you look carefully you will see there is plenty of room. I thought about that as we took off, my intent was to take it easy. That didn't happen. Good news is that the highway pegs fold right up when they hit, and then the footpegs hit long before any of the bracket for the highway pegs hits. So I am happy with that, just need to fold them up before the twisties.

Tested positive in the hotel last night. Bailed on the rest of the trip and just got home. Interesting, after 7 hours on the bike I feel better that when we left. Very mild cold symptoms at this point. Got an appointment for Praxlovid in the morning but if I feel like this I will probably cancel.

I am shocked. Just had it like 2 months ago.

And I just tested positive for COVID.

Nice run today. 28, Dragon and then up to Lexington via "Jim and Joe's damn dam route".

Highway pegs folded up and the foot pegs drag first, then you have another couple of inches before it gets to hard parts.

3rd. What I learned today was don't accelerate like a hooligan coming out of a corner. That just creates too much braking and mental stress at the next corner. Smooth is fast.

Nobody there. Clean run, and one of my better runs on the Wing. I was out of practice, but it is coming back. I have to figure out how to let go of the pressure of a group.

Spent the morning at the Biltmore. Was very cool. Then a modified version of Pauly's Route to get from Asheville to Cherokee. Temps are down, was a great ride. Very little traffic, even the BRP was empty. Finally got Deb to a casino tonight. I think I delayed that as long as I could. There was grumbling.

Made it back home. Kinda missed the place.

Gas is cheaper here too. Paid 3.47 this afternoon. That's like a 2.50 savings per tank!

I want to live here.

Ok, always thought Asheville sucked. I was wrong. The Biltmore Village area where we are staying is amazing.
