jeeps are pretty beast, but the ones i have seen or owned have always had funky electrical problems and weird electrical gremlins. no one likes those.

I went friday night, it was great! i ran into a whole fuck ton of people that i know, and i didnt even know they were going to be there. Thats what i like about QS&L, its the default spot so theres a good chance youll run into someone. at the same time, thats what attracts all the idiots.

no, i might make it to QS&L. Im from columbus but i pretty much live in detroit/flint year round. I'll be going to columbus this weekend, but driving to cleveland after that isnt too practical. Oct. 20th I'll be in school so again i wont be able to.

If we ever cross paths, im down for a friendly race. I dont plan on going out of my way to set anything up and i wouldn't expect you to either.

ANYWAY, the paint, um yeah, im glad you're in favor of repainting it. to have a funky color is one thing, to have like 15 funky colors all blended together....... but, the swap looks pretty clean, what subframe did you use?

i live in Michigan right now, but i come out when i can. last time i was out it was right after i got pulled over going like 140+ in a 65, so i was in no mood to race. the time before that there was a guy with an LS1 RX-7 but he didnt want to race me because he had a broken speedo or needed to get wendys or something i forget. time before that there was like people going 35 in reverse and doing burnouts in the parking lot so i left. since then i havent had a chance to bring the car back down, it seems i always need to have my other car with me so the RX-7 stays behind.

race me! ive never gotten a race from an LS1 RX-7. i just want a friendly race with an LS1 RX-7, im not a hater. edit: welcome by the way! and post some pics of your car!

Matt is extremely talented and helpful, but cars are his hobby, not his job. I know he does some work on the side and could definitely do an amazing job, but it might not be safe to assume he's available especially for a big project like that. Last I heard he's still busy putting his car together.

I dont see any reason to race for money. I didnt build the car to make money, we all when you mod a car you're not ever going to get back what you put into it. I built it to enjoy driving it, sometimes its just fun to race other people. sure it costs me money for gas and premix, but thats why i have a daily driver. i pull the car out to have fun and i feel like i get my moneys worth when im driving it. when the money comes in for races people start getting hot headed and serious and it usually just gets ugly. people dont like to lose races, and they really dont like to lose money. all sorts of sketchy shit happens and all the sketchy mother fuckers come out of the woodwork. We've all raced those people who swerve at you and flip you off or throw shit at you when you beat them in a race. how pissed are they gonna be if they lost money too? do you really even want to deal with those people or be around them? i dont. i stick to racing with my friends or other people who i know are just in it for fun and wont care if they lose because they just like driving their car and having fun.
