i spotted a challenger on friday! (before you call BS, this was in sterling heights michigan (half hour away from auburn hills (home of chrysler HQ (home of my work too! (so i see chrysler crap all the time))))) okay enough parenthesis. i was driving home from work and i came upon it, it had a brownish goldish color and it looked BADASS. it had manufacturers plates and was marked 'R2' or something in the window but some ugly ass steely wheels. it had some serious presence and i couldnt stop staring at it. I dont know if it was just because ive never seen one before or what but it was seriously sweet. i have some TERRIBLE cell phone pictures of it but no way to get them on the computer.

i agree, not to mention how impossible it is to actually walk away with an IS250 at its 'base price'. every one you find at a dealer will be loaded with packages that rack up the price fast. the 'base' price is just to lure people into the dealership before they walk out paying 5-6k more than they thought they would.

it doesnt even make sense as a split level though. usually the door is on the same horizontal plane as atleast one half of the house. in this picture it looks like the it comes in between two floors on BOTH sides of the door. this is based of the windows.

call me bias, but nothing sounds better than a three rotor at 9000+ RPM's, especially one with ITB's and a nicely built exhaust. pretty much any rotary with a straight pipe though, usually sounds like shit, they need a few mufflers to make them sound good, they'll be loud regardless. as far as engines that sound bad, i always hated ford V8's with loud exhausts, they sound like they're underwater!! *gurgle gurgle*

ive had nothing but good experience with mike phillips.

I went once and looked around, talked to the sales guy. they seemed like good cars at fair prices, but not really GOOD prices. if you dont know diddly about cars and could never fix one on your own, its probably worth it to go there and get a nice reliable car. if you're automotively competant and willing to shop around and fix some stuff on your own, its probably not worth it. the nice thing about them is a painless buying process and a guaranteed good car at a decent price, but there arent any deals to be found there.

i was more referring to buell chassis/handling wise. most everyone i've talked to claims they handle amazing. their bikes are really nicely designed, except for the motor, but thats supposed to be changing soon.

their bikes sound like ass, and from what ive heard like to break. i wouldnt be surprised. buell is pretty sweet though.

you wont get it for less than msrp. they cant keep them on the lot at all. if you want a fit, its a special order and a 1.5 month wait. or, atleast thats how it was when i was looking at them like 2-3 months ago. its not like they have them sitting around.

i saw a bone stock automatic 1993 240sx on ebay a while ago in 'BRAND NEW SHOWROOM CONDITION' for 13,000 obo. also, it had 120,000 miles on it.
