Kind of ironic that they call it NY "Safety" Track and there's concerns of runoff/safety? I'm probably gonna snag the groupon and give it a shot. My goal for 2014 was to try more tracks, so might as well get a head start on it.

Hope it's still working out for you. If I would've read this sooner I probably would've bought a few copies of the book as a Christmas present for a few friends/family that are constantly talking about quitting but never do it.

Interesting concept, I like it better than just ticketing everyone for speeding. Sucks for the rest of the motorists travelling at the speed limit down a road getting stuck at red lights because someone else is speeding.

Dang, hate to hear this. They were the closest Triumph dealership to me. Serviced several bikes under warranty for me and did a few recalls. I was on a first name basis with some of the guys in the service department. Really hate to see that place go. Means I have to go all the way to Akron or Erie, PA now.

We will bring scooters again, it'll be ok. Plus someone I know has a Grom that would be a blast on the dragon.

Had a good time last year (my first trip to the Gap) and I plan on making it again this year. Fontana was fine for me, but my a/c worked and the refridgerator kept my beer cold. Give me a place to pass out at night and somewhere to cook bacon in the morning and I'll be happy. Wherever the group/organizers decide to stay will be fine by me.

Once I needed a shitty tire off of a bent rim so I could scrap it. I used a garden shovel to break the bead and some pry bars to get it the rest of the way off. I don't recommend this method if you care about your tire or rim.

I'll send you that lever I posted if you want to try it. I'm 99% certain they're the same, but always good to try and make sure. It's bent, I don't need it back. Throw it in the scrap bin when you're done. I have a list somewhere of other levers that fit the Daytona so you'll know what all you can look for.

Tony, doesn't sound like you should be loaning any money to whoever it is that wants it. They're gonna blow it on more beer and cigarettes. I would loan my parents or brother money, but not many others. I also trust them to pay me back.

I crash a lot and at high speeds (140 mph is my best so far!), so I guarantee a post-crash review of how well it held up. That is assuming I don't die in the hospital of an infection from skin grafts after the suit disintegrated and left me with road rash over half my body.
