  1. Nelson is a bit bumpy but don't be scared of traction, it's there. Personally, I just get on the bike and hang on, hoping for the best! I know there's these little clicky-thingies on my suspension that do things and stuff but I've never figured out exactly what they do. So, I don't mess with them. Someday I'll learn and maybe it will help?
  2. Does that mean you'll be making it to the track more this year?
  3. Sure is a nice add he has there. Very professional.
  4. Solution to your snow problems:
  5. Guess if the weather in Ohio sucks, there's only one thing to do. Head south!
  6. Just quit, cold turkey. It's coffee/caffeine we're talking about here not heroin. Take a few advil if you get a headache and you'll be good. The physical addiction is not nearly as powerful as the mental addiction. If you have the will-power to say you're done and stick to it, it should be easy.
  7. The murse was bragging about some fancy new suspension stuffs he bought. Then the cock measuring started. After the cock measuring I ran out and fired several rounds into the air with my new S&W .45 to make me really feel like a man.
  8. Don't sell yourself so short! It's no fun trash talking that way. I have no motive other than shit talking privelages. And seeing you quit.
  9. I prefer that when I pass you I am on a 600 (OK, 675) and you're on a 1000. It will just make it that much better!
  10. I'll be running expert plates even if I take last in every race, just so I don't have to grid in the second wave and I'm that much closer to passing you...hahahaha.
  11. Dude that's a ballsy statement right there, I like it! Does it count if you tuck it on the first lap at Putnam and I blow by?
  12. I'm guessing he was talking about the other Brandon, and not me! Still, I will pass you this year even with the head start you get.....
  13. Do you still have the supermoto wheels for this? Could they be included with sale of the bike for an extra $ amount?
  14. I have this theory that he really knows what he is doing. But he plays silly like he doesn't, and then we all step in to help and do the work for him. It's genius really.
  15. I kid about you guys not knowing anything, but thank you both for helping out. As soon as I find my pin for the pin stand and get another bottle (or two) of fork fluid I'll be trying it on my own. I think between what I learned from you guys and the manual (who uses a manual?) I should be able to figure it out. Also, I will twist the safety wire a few times.
  16. Yup, the oem mirrors are all but useless. I could see more outta that 1 mirror than I could both oem mirrors. I thought about putting another on but never got around to it. I looked and I saw his CL ad, and you payed less than he did a few months ago. I wound up selling for $5500 and I'd bet you could still get that out of it during peak riding season.
  17. Ya, maybe that was Craig that didn't know what he was doing? Or was it me?
  18. Haha nice, that is my old bike. I sold it to Adam just last summer so I'm kinda surprised he is selling it already. I think he got a Street Triple to replace it though? Glad to see it found it's way back to OR!
  19. Snow, who'da thunk it? Status update, booked it through the airport and made it on a noon flight. Might be there around 3 instead of leaving Chicago at 3. You can all relax now.
  20. ^^ Well there's that too.
  21. Not likely, they will not refund or reimburse for any delays due to weather. And by weather, I guess they include when it's literally freezing on the plane. Lol. That's not a maintenance issue, that's weather.....
  22. Definitely time to find a new bank. Yours charges you to use their own atm's? PNC refunds me up to $10/mo for fees charged by other atm's. Time to shop around, there's better options out there.
  23. That usually happens when you drink a case of beer and the whole fifth of whiskey.
  24. Yup this crap is starting to get to me. I guess its part of the job when you travel for work, but it happens too often, for stupid reasons. My flight home from Seattle on Thursday was delayed over 3 hours because they couldn't find their paperwork that said we were ok to leave. We had to get off the plane and take a different one.
