Well, looks like if I make it at all, it won't be till way later. First flight is delayed, they act like they're surprised its cold out and we are waiting for the plane to warm up. Seriously? Maybe the pilot should've showed up more than 20 minutes before we were supposed to leave and the damn thing would be warm. Not gonna make my connecting flight now and the next one available isn't till 3. Didn't feel like spending my day sitting at airports.

I'm gonna bring my bike to change fork oil. And for shits n giggles I might bring my z400 since we will have the garage all toasty warm. Basically I just need to throw the clutch back in it, put the cover on, and fill it with fluids. Had it apart to replace a bent shift shaft and leaky seal. Then we can terrorize the neighborhood and turf Jinu's neighbors lawns. Of course, this is all pending my job in Iowa goes well tonight and my flight gets me home on time tomorrow with no delays.

If you are set on renting, maybe look into joining a landlords association. They can provide legal and general info usually for pretty cheap.

If you want lease agreements I can give them to you. You'd just have to print them out. Expect that your house may get destroyed. I would NOT allow pets. You may have a dog who was properly trained, but your renters will not give a shit when their new puppy pisses all over your floors, or their kitty shreds your window blinds. Realize you are renting in a tough economy. My dad rents several houses and a small 6 unit apartment building. As he put it to me, if he did a credit check on all his renters, he wouldn't have any renters. Look at their overall cleanliness and car as others said. Do get references from past landlords, and do call them and ask about your potential renters. If you aren't capable of fixing/repairing problems that will come up, or don't have the time to do it, find qualified plumbers/hvac people ahead of time. I can give you a few references of people in mentor I have used that were given to me by a friend who rents multiple houses in the area.

Haha madcat just bought a toy hauler so he's probably not gonna get this. Great trailer, I have the same one, 6x14 but single axle version. You can fit 4 sportbikes in a 14 footer just as an FYI for anyone looking.

I has a sad...turns out I have a job for work on Friday/Saturday. I haven't gotten the details yet but hoping I can work it out so I get the job done Friday and all I am doing is travelling on Saturday. I'll catch the 6am flight back and hopefully can still make it for some of the festivities.

I like it, but my current stands do their job at the track. I am looking for a lift/table to have for the garage, but this would really limit access to the left side of the bike and engine.

I know, that's why I'm doing my best to help him out. He says he doesn't know if he will keep it but at least wants to ride it before he decides to sell or not. I think he'll probably wind up selling it and getting something more practical as a starter bike.
