  1. Hmm, and Easter Egg Hunt! Now I have to find a way to make it. And no, I'm not looking for that egg you hid up your ass.
  2. I'm thinking about it, but easter weekend might be a killer.
  3. Totally understand. After this is gone I'll probably be getting a safe myself, much smaller than this though. I don't have, and don't ever plan on getting that large of a collection. And I haven't hunted in years and sold off my hunting rifles. It would be great for a hunting camp. Somewhere to put all the guns when everyone shows up from out of town. Or put it where it can't be seen from the street would be another idea, haha.
  4. Since the gun case sold so quickly, I figured I'd offer this up here for all you gun nuts as well. Here's a link to the Craigslist ad with more pics and info. Listed for $450, OR special $399.99.http://cleveland.craigslist.org/fuo/4826006301.html I can help with delivery in CLE area for gas $.
  5. Sold. Mikey failed to provide any jerky, smokies, or other tasty meat treats.
  6. Not sure of the name brand, but something like a Plano so not a very expensive one. Lockable, side-by-side, foam padded. Worked great to tote around 2 hunting rifles I no longer own. Fits rifles/shotguns with scopes just fine. $20 or reasonable offer. I'm located in Mentor, NE side of Cleveland.
  7. I'd love to do it but I gotta use up too many vacation days for a track day in the middle of the week like that. I'll probably try to make it down for a Sat/Sun track day. Probably in March, if the bike is back together by then.
  8. So, we've ruled out NOS as a solution to your towing problems. But I don't know why some thing a little 30 shot like you were talking is all that bad? Back in my car days I ran a 75 shot through an otherwise stock v6 mustang just for shits and giggles. I ran what you call a "wet kit" that supplies the extra fuel needed through a separate line and nozzle. You "tune" it once on the dyno by selecting the proper fuel jet to get the a/f right when you're spraying. No other tuning needed to the car. Ran probably 100 bottles with no issues. After I sold my v6 mustang we put the nitrous kit on a Geo Metro. 75 shot...I imagine we just about doubled the hp that thing had. We tried to blow it up, but it just kept running. It had no traction from a stop, but would pull like a freight train from a 30 roll. Completely gutted interior, every ounce of extra weight we could get rid of was chopped, cut, ground off. That little Geo embarrassed many mustangs, camaros, and other fast cars on the 270 loop. Shit, I might just go by another one of those for the hell of it to have some fun with.
  9. Nice. If schedules don't conflict with Moto Series I'll be there.
  10. That would be a nice option especially if Moto Series doesn't start the season until May again. Make a trip south beginning of March, and then go back in April.
  11. It may be winter in Ohio, but it's riding season in the south. If you really want to sell it, put it on eBay and Cycle Trader where you'll get a nationwide audience. Your price is pretty good for a low mileage 2012, it should sell. Offer to help with shipping, etc. Get shipping quotes ahead of time and give people an estimate of what it will cost. You should be able to ship it for about $400-600 depending on location. And a quick ebay search says your price is almost 2k lower than similar year/mileage bikes.
  12. Nice, those are wavrdr's fairings from 675.net right? I wanted to scoop up those wheels when he sold them but they went fast. There's a few different painters on the board. I also know a friend of a friend that I think is out your way who painted some fairings for me. I could get you his info if you wanted to ask about the tank?

    Brrrrrr

I won't be doing any riding real soon either, bike is in a few pieces. Just doing a little cleaning so I can be like Jeff.

    Brrrrrr

Riding at the track, no. But I did get to ride. I'm staying with my parents and have a lot of other family down here, and a lot of them have bikes.

    Brrrrrr

Managed to drain thee water wetter and get 3 bike batteries, a scooter battery, and lawn mower battery in the house Thursday when I got back from NJ. I was there for work, 2 miles down the street from NJMP. Then I ran the snowblower for 2 hours, put winter tires on the fiancé's car, packed my bags and got on the first flight to Florida Friday morning. One of the small perks of traveling for work. Was 75 today and 80 tomorrow.
  16. All that and they still managed to make it ugly as sin.... I understand function over form, but if I'm paying that much for a bike I want it to at least look good.
  17. Not anyone here that I know of? It would be a hella long drive, but worth it. Seems like there is an org called RideSmart that does track days there.
  18. On the list of tracks to go to...hopefully by the time I make it there they'll have the air fence in place.
  19. This inspires me to build a second garage in the back yard. I was thinking it would be much more expensive. I also doubt I'll have as much cost in the concrete work since my yard is flat and no trees need removed. The part that worries me is putting up the building. I don't have any building experience, and not sure I know anyone who does that kind of work who could "supervise" the project? How long did it take you to research what the code was to build the thing?
  20. Jennings was definitely harder on tires than most tracks, but no one ever complained about grip either. I managed to make a rear tire last 2 days, flipped it for the second day. But after those 2 days it was toast. I don't get much more than 2 solid days out of a rear anyhow.
  21. The Jennings trip we've done the last couple years has been fun, but I'd like to try a new track. I'm thinking Barber, around the same time in early March? Open to suggestions, I'll go wherever.

    Bent rim?

Also used Wills rim repair. Sent him 2 front wheels, he was able to fix one no problem, called and let me know he couldn't fix the other. Shipped them both back though.
  23. Haha now you're talkin. I might not hate winter if I had a little land to do stuff like this.
