I went there a few days ago and was amazed. This place is a hell of a lot better than Hooters (Food, Environment, and the girls). I don't think a bike night would be good there though. I'm sure they'd rope off a section of the parking lot for bikers, but this place is gonna be hard to get into. The parking lot was completely packed when I went.

True...but the real reason is being in debt adds a lot of stress to your life, and they just want your mind focused on the mission. Also, they don't want you to be susceptible to bribery from the enemy.

For my area the ODOT wasn't in charge of this process. They forwarded my request to 311.columbus.gov and they sent me a request number. I went to the site the next day to check up on the progress and apparently my request was completed within 24 hours. I haven't had a chance to test out the light yet to see if the sensitivity has been improved. That most likely won't happen for a few months, but it was a hell of a lot faster than I thought it would take.
