Yes, and that's why there is a problem with it, any monkey with a stick can do the job. It's a pre-built portal site. And all it does is allow residents to login, and post on a message board. And there are announcements. Nothing a secretary/volunteer/temp couldn't do.

You can have as high a velocity as possible, but if the material the bullet is made of disintegrates on contact (like safety ammo) then it won't penetrate at all. Ideally you're looking for ammunition that has CONSISTENT penetration and expansion. Please review this website: http://www.theboxotruth.com/docs/theboxotruth.htm He has multiple tests, drywall and water jugs. Will give you a good idea of what you should look for in ammunition. Personally I use Federal LE HST 9mm. They have the largest most reliable expansion I saw in any tests.

I've HEARD that you should recycle your mags. but the thing is, it's loading and unloading that wears out springs, not a single state... lots of people have posted that information before. Now, I HAVE noticed a green moldish/residue on my jackets, but from everything I see that's normal, I rotated that round to the bottom of the magazine and that was it.

I remember at a gun show several years ago a friend and I saw a couple Jennings and when we said "Never heard of that brand" the VERY russian guy running the counter yelled at us because Jennings is a serious manufacturer and EVERYONE should have heard of them.... We went home and searched for them.... found all the junk about them exploding. Glad we didn't buy
