How could someone help make it better? Post suggestions? Email you? Ask on facebook? PM you? Donate to you? How does one suggest something to you without it being perceived as "endless bitching"? Now, normally I would say, it must just be me... he obviously doesn't like me (which I'm sure is the case) but when other people say the same thing about trying to help and being ignored I start to think it's not just me. (Yes, I ACTUALLY talked to people IRL about ORDN) It may seem like bitching, but it's honestly nothing more than constructive criticism, the only difference is your perception.
