I've heard Dayton recycling does sell scrap as well as buy, but I don't know how well they'd be able to help get you the right shape or size you need. I bought the 6" discs I used for this target from a shop off 142 in Plain City. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PYmJB9rDkXs

Actually if you visit a local weld and fab shop they will often have scrap they will give or sell you cheap because the scrap companies rip them off on every shipment. Just explain what you want and they will often times be very accommodating if they have scrap that meets your needs.

While I would love to do that, I was told by my insurance agent that large groups or pay for shooting would be considered a violation of my policy. So if something bad happened.... I could end up screwed. I was told the same thing about opening up my yard for a motorcycle training area.

Well we had a good time tonight and as a group we left +$15, Oh Boy! But we spend much more for dinner at the final take restaurant. Good food but a little light on portions although you'd never know there was a bustling casino right outside the door. We only played slots as none of the party were big gamblers. When we did ask the concierge for help and information they seemed very confused and frustrated the kiosk was still broken and were out of casino brochures. So overall not bad but they have a lot of work to do to get things running right.

I don't gamble either but I have a party to attend there tomorrow so I'll see if it's all it is hyped up to be.

Maybe I understand it poorly but this field basically acts as a bubble encapsulating a piece of our three dimensional universe, right? But if gravity is a result of inter dimensional interaction then gravity will not work within that bubble. No science or math I can put behind it but I have long thought gravity is a consequence of 3rd dimensional mass interacting with higher dimensional physics, so that removing that interaction would nullify the effect. The theory of this interaction does make things like black holes seem more feasible and also seems to help explain the dark matter effect in my mind. Oh well, the pain of someone who loves theory but sucks at math.

It still appears to me our understanding of the force we know as gravity will have undefined implications upon the interactions of any "Warp Field" and the matter contained within it. We may be able to engineer a field that can obtain instantaneous transmission across great third dimension distances but will gravity allow our matter to interact within that field?

I just got 225 rounds Remington HP high velocity for $10 I remember when I was a kid you could get 1 gallon milk jugs of .22 cal for $10. Even the crappy thunderbolts are $2 for 50.

Yeah, I thought about that but got lazy about two things. 1. Wearing proper gear and 2. Not wanting to clean more than one gun tonight. It did surprise me how the third stop was the shot I was having trouble with but for some reason that was when the exhilaration started to set in and my aim went to crap. An aspect I need to add to my regular shooting routine.
