  1. Actually, I just prefer to drive outside of the tracks everyone else has made and throw slush all over the guy following too closely behind me... I would never race a 6700 lb. vehicle on a public road... * edit - if I were to race, I'd flap my arms at the Rustang driver as I blew past him...
  2. 4x4 3/4 ton makes me invincible.
  3. Had Insight before - only service available in Galena aside from satellite, which I don't want. Didn't have any issues at all, Customer Service via phone was always kind/helpful. Had to visit the main office once to swap out regular boxes for HD. Not in the greatest part of town, but it's far enough off the street, and in a fenced area, that I didn't feel any qualms about going in. Have WOW now at the new place - it was choice of them or TW, and it seems that TW gets in a pissing match every year with one or more channels, and I didn't feel like potentially dealing with that.
  4. Receiving Stolen Property is not a good thing to have on your resume'. Good looking out, Tyler.
  5. Where are all the "Plant's Rights" people protesting the vegans? Some people'd have you believe that a plant feels pain when it's picked, cooked, etc...
  6. OSU Hockey Sweater, size XL or kid's L ? * edit - just saw the "PM me" part. PM sent.
  7. Google David Sheldon, a.k.a. Mac Lethal. Still, some funny stuff.
  8. Combs Collision just off Sawmill. IBS (Italian Body Shop), Maxtown and Rt. 3 in Westerville. Rocco (the owner) has a mini Ducati in the lobby...
  9. I did a complete 360 on 70 East going to a gig in Bexley. Had just been tooling along at 55 or so in my rwd Cutlass, back end started coming around, tried to steer into it, back end kept coming. As I got to about 270 degrees, let off the gas, the spin slowed down, and I went on my merry way. Good thing there was no one else on the road.
  10. In my 3/4 ton, with the bed empty, and in 2wd, I can drift like Ken Block - sometimes even on purpose.
  11. I think she's 19 now. Go git 'er, Mexi-turtle! :takeit:
  12. Started the same thing 4 or 5 years ago, currently have 650 or so on the network, plus approx. 280 GB of music. I had been working on my own "Netflix Project", but gave up due to boredom. When Jr. was 5 or so, paid him a dime apiece to rip all 8 million (approx.) of my CD's. Stream movies to the telly via the Xbox/DLNA (shhhh....occasionally fire up PuTTY, ssh home, and watch while working....)
  13. Have had a couple of Audi's with Quattro AWD, which I would imagine is as good as Subies (Subie lovers, stand down please). Never had any troubles at all, went up the gravel driveway with 15" of snow on it at the cabin just as well as my Grand Cherokee did.
  14. Assumption: These are XBox 360's Second question first: Yes, using an Ethernet crossover (not a regular network cable, you need a crossover) cable between the two boxes. First question: Wired or wirelessly.
  15. ... seems to not be working for me. ***edit - didn't mean to double post
  16. Since I don't drink, they don't have dartboards, and I might get beaten if I ask for an O'Doul's, I won't make it out. BUT, if someone needs a safe ride home, the Friendly Ghost can find my GoogleVoice # in my details. Joint is right near the downtown condo, but I'm in W'ville tonight. 20 mins. pickup time, assuming the girlfriend dujuor is snoring...
  17. I am just guessing here, but 10 model-year old Cadaverliers probably aren't flying off the lot, even with low miles. If you can't get someone to run it for you, it's only $40, negotiate it into the final price. If you have a mechanic, have him(her) look it over first. lbts, glws!
  18. Does anyone actually miss the NBA? imho, college basketball is much more fun to watch.
