Sellin' the bike, might have to get me a scoot!
-
I'll most likely be on tonight after work and working out but that's not till around 11pm... I usually only play on Friday and Saturday cuz the kid always gets me up too early during the week.

Gamertag is oO SNOMAN Oo I won't be on and I SUCK! This game ticks me off too but I love getting on and crapping around with friends. It's fun to make fun of other people on there...

Speaking of police stories, I read one a long time ago that was hilarious. Don't know why, just was at the time. So a cop pulls a guy over for speeding. He walks up to the car and said, "Son, I've been waiting here all day for you!" The guy looks at the officer and said, "Well, I got here as fast as I could!" The cop just laughed and let the dude go...

Nice, looks really well kept unless it was new....

I've put quite a bit through my BodyGuard and never had that issue. I use cheap at range; good defensive ammo loaded in mine otherwise. I did hear that the .380 was having trigger issues, but I heard it was within the first 50 rounds through it and you could tell. Not sure how true that was when my buddy told me that.I did notice that the trigger is a little tough to pull back and really stay relaxed, not cool... I guess I am use to shooting the Hi-Point with a lite pull.

South Florida just sucks with crazies! I was just down there for Christmas and it is worse than when I lived there. Now if you were to go up north toward Ocala, not so bad. Kinda have some good roads and definitely not as congested. Ding, Ding, Ding.... I charged my battery up and started her up, but said no. I knew it would be crap weather after last week and didn't want to tease of riding just yet.

Sounds like the gen3flygirl... Either that or a dude.

Welcome.... Hey, if you're up to wrenching on a bike I have two Katanas sitting in my garage for sale. One is in pieces but everything is there. It's a 93 750 I believe. THe other one is a 94 600. That one just needs new tires....

Yeah, Every time I walked out of the office I would look around and said, "Why am I here and not out riding?!" Yeah, should've taken that sick day...

Such a sad situation.... I had no idea it was his brother till just now when reading this. So crazy!
-
Might have to do this depending on the day... At least the gun show, the waffle house might have to pass on, we'll see.
-
Nice day but no bike for me... Might get it out for Friday if it stays like this but my luck it won't. Glad to see some of you got out and rode.

I have been thinking about getting one too. Not sure yet, but it would be nice since having the kid it sucks having to run outside, start the truck, run back in, grab the kid and go... Ok, maybe I'm lazy but it sucks!

My wife was freaked out at first too but she has been pretty cool about it. I told her I would love for her to take the class just for safety reasons and knowing how to handle the gun when I'm not home. I have two handguns, one for carry and one for home. There are times I just leave my gun on the table when I come in and she doesn't care. I don't carry all the time but when I do she could care less. She has opened up to it a lot since I have my license and I have a safe in the house and all. Of course I will not leave the gun on the table once the kid is walking. She is still too young for that.

Ditto... Welcome to the madness! We love bikes, but guns are very high on our list

Nice! I think this will be my next handgun... I have been able to shoot this one and it was pretty nice. Welcome to the club...

I have tried a few ankle holsters but I don't know how I like them. I thought about carrying there because no one really looks there but like Curby said, shouldn't be your primary carry spot.

I have the Gorilla on mine and works good but disconnected it due to battery dying. Not sure if it was that or just a weak battery when I bought the bike. If you had the iPhone, I believe the Scorpio connects through GPS and you get alerts on your phone if it is moved, messed with, or whatever. Maybe it was a different alarm that did that, can't remember... I have the bike paid off so my home owners insurance covers my loss if stolen...

I just found out a friend of mine was there when it happened. On a date with her fiancé. Said it was a scary situation!

I didn't make any either but I did make a choice to eat health and lose weight for me and not for a stupid resolution. I started a little after new years but only like a week. You've seen my post on facebook, you know. I have some friends in Florida that we keep each other somewhat accountable. It's kinda cool I see the progress and feeling much better! I cut out a ton of sugar and I'm down to just a little bit of carbs a day. I just quit soda cold turkey but I was a sprite drinker, caffeine free That is awesome man! Keep up the good work! I'm down 18lbs in 5 weeks now. I feel better eating right. I actually just had Chinese tonight and it made me sick. Tried to eat healthy there but no luck... Awesome! It's sweet to see the change.

Yeah, figure 8 was a pain but it was better to go outside the line a tad than dump the bike. I did the MSF and it is well worth the $25... I know their test was a quick stop, figure 8, turn and one other thing but. Maybe it was just three things. We did practice a lot more stuff than they do the test over. Plus the only size bikes they have are 250's so taking your test with one might no be too bad. I rode on the highway with my permit. Always nervous when I saw a cop but always obeyed the road laws too. Not the permit rules, just the road one. I road at night a few times but never too far, just in town. Never rode 2up though... I know you have to wear your helmet with the permit too. That should be a given to do with or without.

Easton is a mess anymore at night. It reminds me of down south a lot. Bum kids just going to hang out or cause trouble. I remember when I first moved up here it was not like that at all! It's sad...
