Well, not really. I did take the bike out of the garage, but it was to get the grill out of the garage and onto the patio. So, technically, I did take the bike out, but did not ride. I have some work stuff to do for next week, so I wont have a chance to ride today. Kinda a bummer, since my friend Perry and another OR member, Midlifeventure have already stopped over on their bikes. I will probably ride starting in April.

I will be adding a Buckmark to my collection very soon.

I have been working a lot the last few weeks. I have few things to do this weekend. I hope to change the oil on the 850 and then replace the headlight bucket. I am not sure I will get to work on the bike this weekend due to a big project for work next week. I plan to be riding in about a week.I will be out of town for the April 3rd ride.

I sold my Katana, but still have the 1982 GS 850 L. I have a replacement headlight bucket on order, should be here by the end of the week. Inside the original bucket, the reflective material is dull and not very reflective.

We can do QSL in the valley and then a ride to Squires Castle? Neat ride on River road and a cool stop at the castle? Then maybe out on rte 87 to ShadeTree? probably about 100, if we take the long way. There is a cool little burger spot in Avon called Creekside, but that would be a short ride to burger place for Garysol1

This might not count since I am new, but i did look at the Rem 700. Great out of the box. I decided that one would be a bit much for my first rifle, the cost of the rifle plus the cost of ammo.........and you know what I ended up with to start small.I did like the Rem 700 with the stainless barrel at Dick's. If I continue and enjoy target / marksmanship, I will probably get a Bennili or Weatherby.

Chagrin river road is a nice road and most of the Metro park. The area near the ski resots is also nice. The last 2 planned rides, a few of us meet at Ohio Motorcycle in Oakwood.

Any updates on a date for the meet-up? ( my first post in a non-firearms forum in a few days)
