  1. Scott is now GM at Roush and I am sure he could be persuaded to give a demo ride.
  2. The new Goldwing is smaller and more agile from what I have read. I would think the perfect mix of your Vulcan and an FJR. The wing fits your style.
  3. Welcome! Dustin is good people... we keep threatening to ride, but hasn’t manifested yet.
  4. Both are travel days... i will make it
  5. Will be in Columbus that day... have to see if i can make it back in time.
  6. Thanks for the easy transaction!

    2019 Gap Trip.

    Success equals freedom
  8. Good times, but you are not prepared for the fear you have on that first ride. He rode dirt bikes, at the track, and 3k on a moped... still scared the shit out of me!
  9. Sena Have been a hold out for many years... my previous communication was Autocom, which I had a chunk of change invested. Of course it still had wires, but the sound level, quality, and distance were second to none, it’s nice being able to communicate 10 miles apart with a 4 watt radio! Since switching over to the Sena, wish I had done it sooner. Quaility and volume are great, no wires, and the phone/navigation integration works great.
  10. Good information... mostly common sense. My only concern, there did not appear to be any weathering (UV, heat/cool cycles, salt spray), which would give a significantly more accurate account of worn tire performance.

  13. We were at the Malta gas station as you rode by... the only Shadow of the day.
  14. Where are you located? there are a couple members who do tires and treat them as if they are priceless.
  15. Welcome! lots of great people who love motorcycles here.
  16. Have both... FZ for twisty fun and FJR for everything else!
  17. We rode many of the same roads today, a little over 400 miles at the end of the day.
