  1. It's closed at the 56, 356 intersection. Appears they are completely reconstructing the road and intersection, which is a good thing. When heading east it's closed 4 miles past 278. When heading west from Athens it's closed right at 356 and traffic is maintained from 56 to 356. You can take 356 south to 50 and run over to 278 and head back to 56.

    Barber Museum

It's great place! If you are into motorcycles, there is no better collection on earth. The track is like a country club.
  3. Just a heads up, 56 is closed just past 278.
  4. I think this had to do with the squid shit show a couple weeks ago. Stunters don't do well in curves or groups.
  5. Doc did you ever have your suspension properly setup? Tank slappers on modern bikes usually point toward improper front setup or bad bike geometry because of incorrect or excessive sag (front or back). Steering input is also a major factor as stated above.
  6. Dennis Kirk has a bag of 10 for less than a small value meal. They work great and fit as they should. I have sourced from auto stores and they are not exactly the correct size and won't fit into the machines recess on the master cylinder or some calipers. The auto store sealing washers have the correct ID, but OD is usually a little larger. I have had success with buying the multi pack which will give you two that are 10mm ID x 13mm OD. The typical Japanese supplied washers will be 10mm x 12mm. The larger OD will seal, but may not if you have a machined recess on the master or caliper. The outer sealing washer will be fine if larger, as it only needs to mate the bolt flange and banjo. Also it is a sealing washer not a crush washer. Crush washers do not typically have the strength to seal hydraulic pressure.
  7. Buy a Yamaha and thank me later. Every brand has well performing sleds, but think of Polaris, Ski Doo, and Arctic Cat like you do European motorcycles... fast, great performance, and shitty reliability. When Suzuki made Arctic Cats engines they were much better with reliability, not the case now. Polaris was decent until the engine manufacturing went to Mexico. Ski Doo is the better of the three in my experience, but things have changed over the years.
  8. My daughter just got her moped temps this past Saturday. She has rode dirt most of her life, but I was still very nervous when she pulled away for her first solo ride. We put on about 40 miles between Saturday and this morning... I was like a nervous nelly as she rode away for band practice this morning.
  9. Beautiful weekend for a trip!

    Ride Saturday 7-29

    Yep, you are correct.

    Ride Saturday 7-29

It will take you an hour if you are spirited, less if you like running 78 west of Caldwell to Woodsfield at 100+ sustained. It's doable.
  12. With T30's on an FZ1 I get 5000 on the low to 7500 on the high. All tires listed will be good for anything you can do on the street... even mach retard.
  13. Bad didn't ride even when he was single.
  14. My neighbor was the head of cardiac nursing in Cleveland, but now runs ER in Medina. Let me see what she can find out.
  15. Extra points for putting your clutch hand back while going down the straights.
  16. That's about as demon hooligan as you get! Good stuff!
  17. Aprilia Tuono Factory or Yamaha FZ10 which would be much more reliable.
  18. John is being moved to the Cleveland Clinic today. Just a heads up for anyone planning visiting today or in the future.
  19. I can't vote in good conscience... DID, RK, EK are the only chain I trust these days. DID gets my vote. Good Luck
  20. Make sure you have the shield properly seated when reinstalling. I have accidentally installed without one of the notches inserted far enough and it will hold the shield away from the seal. My Neotec has been great in the rain.
  21. I can do it, 20 per tire off the bike.
  22. Nope... the 3 is just the newer version of the 2. Ok tires for the money, but S20/21 are same price and better tire in all respects.
