Watched 5 minutes so far. You Sir, are driving quite well. I recall your first track vid you posted here. This is a very different level of driving than what I recall from that vid. You have to be pretty pumped from realing in those cars in the corners. Your set up seems very dialed in and under control for you. Thanks for posting.

Being a good person will go a long way these days. Quoted for the truth. My application packet was 34 pages. Very worth it and in the end. It was all info that was pretty available.

Ryan did my Subaru over the weekend. I lave the work he did. Feeling way better about the car begin prepped for the up coming weather. I just don't have the time this year, so it's great he could work me in.

Our humble little display of FD's today at the Import Face Off
Mojoe replied to KD93R1's topic in Pics and Vids
I don't mean to talk for Kevin. But, I'm almost positive that was Mike Halland's FD you might be thinking of, black as well. Mike ran that twin set up for a minute, then went single. Then his car was totalled by a hit and run drunk driver, that the cops caught. Only to find out he was an illegal, with no insurance on the car that wasn't even his. Mike was screwed pretty bad on that deal. -
Looks like the FDs will be out tonight.
-
Shit folks, I already talked to Kevin. Could this be the FD trifecta? Would love to go shot with you Aaron, but I'm pinching minutes to get everything done today. Rain check for when I get back in town after mid November. Things are looking good to be out tonight,

Welcome to the site. Very nice cars.

Posting this more for others who have posted in here, than Jesse. He and I have talked. Networking is being mentioned several times. There is an amazing out come from that. The hard part might be letting the people you know, know you are looking for a job, and having them actively keep you in mind. Those of you that know Jesse, know he's one smart dude and does right on all he is involved in. Simple things like that, for those people looking for work, will want people to have you on their team. Network like a champ. Do right, and go above when the opertunity presents itself. Be mindful to, "How can I make this bettter"? If you can execute making it better on the spot, do it. It might be helping a lady in the parking lot change a flat, helping someone pick up a bunch of papers they dropped, it could be anything. Let people know you are there to help and looking to work.

Please keep this page going. I'm highly entertained. Though I will say, last I talked to Howard, things seemed well thought out by him.

I read page one, and then this ^^. Damn, CR delivers in life experiances. No advice to give, though thank you all for posting.

Your price range typically doesn't allow room for a 3-4 grand mark up, so the room to negociate just isn't there. There are dealership guys on here that can answer this better than me. But basically get the details of the car, age, mileage, condition and check it's worth on KBB, black book or where ever people check these days. From there, you're looking at what they are asking for the car minus what it is worth. Roughly, that should give you your room to work on the price. Example: $7000 asking price. A little checking might show it's worth $4800. They still have to make a profit and you need to understand that. So I'd offer $5500 and from there you have to feel them out. The more informed you are on what you want, the better justified you are in your offer.

So far we have seen all cosmetic touch ups. I'm no engineer, but this thing looks to be full of problems waiting to happen if it starts. In the end, will this be an insurance claim? Wreck, blow up, fuck it and total it out because I'm done trying to get it to work?

Good point on the USB. I like that it's the same on both sides. It should have been the whole time, but so be it. I play pandora all the time in the car, so moving the head phone jack seems to be and ok thing so far. Before I was flipping the cable out of the way, just a little pita. And the new head phone have some great sounds quality. The fitment is different, but I think I like it. I still haven't tried to do much more than how I did things with my 4.

^^I can agree with that. That seems to be the gerneral feel from everyone pretty much. I basically started the tread to see if anyone would post something new that I may have overlooked and to share peoples thoughts, that have handled the phone. If someone was looking to get one, I hadn't seen any hands on writes on here, so I thought I would get one started.

Bring something to the table the is a unique perspective and not a pot stirring negitive that has been over killed. I just have higher expectations of you.

I'm selling mine for $200. I have seen several around $250-$275. The 4S's have been $300+. I just want to break even with the upgrade and move on. I'm not antique collector. Use it and get rid of it while it has some value.

I can actually understand people saying they will wait for the next thing Apple releases, as there isn't much differance with the 5. However:

Let's try and keep this more of a review than a comparison to other makes of phones. I went from the i4 to the i5 because I was looking for some of the features from the 4S and whatever the i5 would offer. Nothing was wrong with my 4. I usually sell my old iPhones for what the cost of a new one on contract is, so I break even. That said, I like the 5. yup, it's thin. Yup, it's a little longer. Yup, it sill fits in my pocket fine. I have noticed, I think the narrow body is more likable while talking with the phone to your ear. The external speakers seem to have a little more volume to them, and that's nice. I haven't messed with the Siri much, but it's neat. I would say the most noticable thing to me is the internet speeds through 4G. I'm very happy with how quick everything loads. My girlfriend and I downloaded the same app. She was on a 4 Vs. the 5. I gave her the hit and I paused before starting. I was done at least 30 seconds sooner. I also have the invisashield cover and a case on the phone. No reception issues at all. I probably don't use the phone for half of what it's cabable of. But, it does all I need it to and works everytime. What are your impressions for those who have theirs?
-
What a shitty situation. To have a revolver go off, as an ND, now that's impressive on a dumb level.
-
Likes iPhone, but damn funny.
-
Nice intro. Welcome.

Sorry folks, they suck. Got a pair last year. They are heavy and awkward fitting. They were a gift, so now I feel like I have to use them.

Not looking good to be able to go. Took a new position in Columbus and time off just isn't there. I will put this out to my guys and hope to catch this next time.
