5.0 F150 getting 28mpg highway is the first issue to address. I mean it really just does not happen without incredible weight reduction and maybe flat ground at 55mph. Real life, real calculation = real answer of 12-15MPG, OH to FL at 70MPH.

I didn't know they were still making the Allroad. It was a utility car I really liked in the 2005ish time, but never followed up on. Great work Tim.

No, minorities are not allowing each other to get the vaccine. There is shaming among those communities, and they want to play the hardship card. So, should a minority get the vaccine, their peeps ridicule them, causing more hardship and rising numbers in minority shootings when their argument turns into a shootout. Thus, giving more press and false reasoning to those wanting gun control.

Good work, Clay. This is disappointing to hear about. I was always hopeful it was early and on a Sunday, and that would be enough to keep the problem people from making it. Thanks for all your effort for car peeps to gather.

Post a pic. For $40, I'll take another bow probably.

I would look at one with a cranking mechanism that is easy to use and reliable. Some people hate the Ravin, most people love it. I used a few different ones before I bought my Ravin. While the price is in the "cry once" range, I've had it two years and still love it. Ten point makes a great bow, but their crank was why I didn't buy. I use to have a Barnett and it killed deer fine, but was wide, heavy and limited in speed = Range and accuracy. For $300, it put deer in the freezer at 35 yards fine. I didn't like that there was no way to de-cock it without firing it or subjecting your fingers to some issues. I always had to put my target in the truck and take it with me to hunt, so I could fire into it to de-cock it. PITA. Had someone told me I would say to buy a $1,XXX crossbow, I would have LOL'd at them 3 years ago. Now, I feel like I'm cheating in the woods and love the simplicity of my Ravin.

What are you looking for in crossbows? Cost, speed, lightweight? I know a couple things about crossbows and am into mine way too damn much for what someone should put in a crossbow.

Do you think the housing market is going to cool off soon?
Mojoe replied to Johny Utah's topic in Dumpster
What's not been mentioned is the cost and availability of building materials. Cost is up and availability it challenging. This is putting people outside of their budget and making buying a new build more difficult. Deals can still be had from the typical neighborhood builders, but individual land and homes being built are seeing these issues. -
Hoblick had one back in 2012'ish. I remember us taking it to FL hauling our, track bikes. I was driving and traffic turned into a shit show. I had to get on the breaks and had plenty of room in front of me.That truck wasn't stopping for shit. Not that the breaks were worn, it just sucked at breaking, and we were a light haul with the bikes. When it came to me buying my last two trucks, I wouldn't even consider the Titan. Now, the one with that cummins motor, that is a candidate. But, I would test drive the hell out of the breaks. I damn near hit the car in front of us.

What distance is he looking to go to? Anything over 600 in this time, given ammo availability, would seem to be a waste of ammo. But, if he is looking to test his reloads, then it is what is is depending on what he wants out of the load development. Briar Rabbit may be a good option too. http://www.briarrabbit.com/

I was talking to some guys who work on old outboard motors and they ship them Greyhound all the time and seem happy with it.

When someone has nothing to lose, they are able to do the unthinkable. They may have already lost all that matters to them. Choosing how they go out with a dramatic statement/event is a win to them. Having an ego that needs validation, there are all your signs. De-escalate and create distance. The only defense to the unthinkable is not being there, distance is your friend. Doesn't mean you're a pussy. It means you are smart enough to know there is no win in staying there. Normalcy bias is a term being used more and more. "There's no way someone would do ............" And then you're dead in your driveway and your wife is in the street. Over what? Feeding your shitty ego.

Sounds like his food options were better than the service experience.

It's not something you would likely have seen in your lack of time here. 10 years and 22 posts, and this thread brought you back in? Not seeing where your contribution of info has been informative to other members on here either. We are all in this together, and you ate the food of a guy with numerous voiced concerns about his conduct and skill, or lack thereof. At least tell us how the food was.

By doing intermittent fasting over a 21 day or more period, what it does for your body is just too much for me to write up here. I drink about a gallon of water a day and eat what I need to that is clean, from 1pm-6pm. Best book I have read that makes since and tells it in a real life, for me, way is this one. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0062684078/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Not trying to thread jack this and turn it into fasting and eating habits, but it really is overlooked by so many in treatment. All my main course for, I killed it or bought it from a butcher that I trust the source. All the sides, my wife sources those from what she trusts. Real food make you feel real good. Love hearing someone say issues they were having are gone when they started eating like a caveman. Congrats to you, Exodu.

Have you tried and 21 day intermittent fast? When your body is off or stuck, fasting can be what's needed to break through. I do about 4 fasts a year. I'm 10 days into one right now, with a 5 hour eat window. It's pretty great the feeling, mental clarity and focus that I have noticed in doing these. Inflammation should see improvement too.

A new person? I don't know what to do, do we still haze people, or welcome them with open arms? Welcome.

Arrest warrant for Obama? Italian satellite hack and upload of virus that changed votes? Conspiracy theories are out there.

Much appreciated. I can't validate that post in any way. It was something sent to me and I shared it. I don't mean to mislead, that's why I posted it as "Maybe....". I'm pretty open minded to options for the cause of an act like this. I don't have confidence that all the truth will be told to us.

Nice. I picked one up yesterday from a guy in pataskala, who posted it on a vortex page yesterday morning. Got lucky. $275 with level bubble. Bought it last month.

Maybe..... AT&T got a contract to do forensic audit on Dominion voting machines and those machines were being moved to Nashville this past week. The former owner of the AT&T building in Nashville, William Kennard, is a board member for Cerberus Capital Management and AT&T.... He also was Bill Clinton’s FCC chair, and Obama’s Ambassador to the EU. Dominion voting is owned by Cerberus Capital Management.... Cerberus is run by Staple Street Execs. Joe Bidens Brother in Law, Steven Owens, is the cofounder of Staple Street Execs along with William Kennard (mentioned above). Super Computer in TN was connected to the AT&T internet in NASHVILLE.... yesterday evening the Cumberland river cooling system was compromised due to internet outage and Supercomputer fried..... If you don’t know, “Kraken” is a reference to a supercomputer former prosecuter, Sidney Powell, has been talking about. So, the explosion “just happened” to be at the AT&T location where they “just so happen” to control the cooling system for the super computer and house the dominion voting machines and drives for forensic audit... Does it make sense now why no lives were lost? Does it make sense now why the FBI task lead couldn’t even put together a coherent sentence in the press conference yesterday? Does it make sense why the mayor was making light of the situation, almost laughing yesterday?

The way I look at it, for that price point, it is hard to beat it for all it is. I have 4 of them on my field guns. Bergara Ridge .308 (Deer, bear, moose) Bergara BXR .22 (varmint yard gun and precision), Marlin 1895SBL 45-70 (brush gun for bear/moose), and a Ruger 10/22 in magpul stock (30 year old yard gun with more kills than Daniel Boone). I also have a Razor HD Gen 1 on my 6.5CM, Bergara HMR Pro. I run a crossfire on a slug barrel that works for what it is. There are a few red dots around here too. Hard to beat Vortex. Their binos and monoculars are pretty good too.

Vortex Diamondback tactical. If you decide to go with a Bergara BRX, I have this scope on it and you are welcome to come check it out to see how they pair up. https://www.amazon.com/Vortex-Optics-Diamondback-Tactical-6-24x50/dp/B07G8LS5N3/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=2GDPBLIXWW88Z&dchild=1&keywords=diamondback%2Btactical&qid=1606516778&sprefix=diamondback%2B%2Caps%2C188&sr=8-1-spons&smid=A24UXSYSGKROUQ&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEzTUQxVUhQTlBMMFhYJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMDMwNjk5MUwyWDZBME9OTTQ3TCZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwMjYzODAxMzU3SjdKWjdaUkRIUSZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2F0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU&th=1&psc=1

As long as the action is maintained, good lube, there should be no noise from it. The suppressed shot should cover the action sound with ease. With a bolt, chambering another round will be far more noise, unless done slowly. Over all, the fix to this is not needing to take a second shot. When I do night sits, I have had two occasions where I did not chamber another round on my bolt gun after the shot, and should have for a follow up shot that wasn't there because of my pause and then doing it. That's two out of dozens of night sits. Not enough for me to be mad about, but would not have happened with a semi auto.
