  1. TAG It will take a few days to get another riding trip to get the next location.
  2. I keep looking at these seats too. I think I need to see one in person to decide what I think. I've heard good things about the Sargent seats too, but don't feel like sending my seat off to them to try them out.
  3. I'm pretty sure I have a Razr laying around somewhere.
  4. It probably is legit, likely a proof of concept for a larger idea. But, how likely is it that anyone else on your highway calls in at the same time so that you get anything other than an empty conference call, unless you knew someone else would be doing it at the same time. Would be cool if you had hands-free in your car. It would be like a hands-free CB. And if you had a few people driving somewhere together in a few different cars, would be an easy conference for everyone.
  5. So, anyone actually go through with riding there? Just walking from my car to building was cold enough to know I wouldn't want to ride yesterday.
  6. Yeah, I went over to the "Bikes and Beats" area once when they were doing a model show or something. It was pretty disappointing. There were much better looking people just walking around then working there.
  7. Thanks. I haven't gotten around to updating the site for a while. I haven't actually done much "personal" shooting recently either, mostly senior and family portraits. The wife keeps me busy taking shots of her new cake decorating hobby, too.
  8. Yeah, these shots are in a much easier environment than at an actual track at speeds. They're not horrible, but not at a level for charging money for them. The biggest thing that stands out to me is the focus is off on the action shots. Work on opening up your aperture and getting the subject in better focus. You should be following the subject, not "catching" it when it comes by. I'd also like to see better control of the out of focus areas in the still shots.
  9. I used that code for my tickets last week, but I think it may be too late to get them now. I think the cutoff was last Friday, I could be wrong. http://www.motorcycleshows.com/Cleveland
  10. It probably looked so odd when he saw it from a distance that he wanted to check it out and see if these people were fruit loops. Once he pulled them over, he probably figured he needed some cause and that was the best thing he could come up with. He only gave them a warning, so it's not like its that big of a deal to them other than lost time. That was the first thought I had when seeing the picture.
  11. I think if you threw a picture up here so we could see the wear, it would help.
  12. Not sure what type of screen it is, it was on there when I got it and no markings. It's not the Puig, though. The exhaust is the Yoshi that came on it, though I would have bought the Akra or Jardine if I was buying it. Stock levers for now, though they will likely be getting changed before Spring (Pazzos, but not sure if standard or shorty yet) along with a light smoke screen (looking at the Sporttech GP series as it looks slightly taller and a little wider bubble). That's actually not my bike in my avatar as I just bought it a couple of weeks ago and haven't got it out for any good pics yet, though from that size it does look exactly like it. Here is one I took in my garage of mine. http://www.jimsnodgrass.com/photoviewer/misc/zx6.jpg I've since removed the passenger pegs and added frame and swing-arm sliders. It had a bunch of stickers when I got it. I removed all but the 636 on the main fairings. I haven't decided yet on the Kawasaki on the bottom fairing, though I've considered swapping that piece for one in carbon fiber.
  13. haha... I noticed that too when I saw you on another thread. I think I've seen another one just like ours on here too. My lunch meeting in Granville at Brews lasted longer than expected, so I only ended up riding there and back (total about 40 miles). I broke the 100 mark on an empty road on the way real quick, but took it pretty easy the rest of the time. Even still, I enjoyed it. :D:D yeah, I'm sure it's about the same on his, but an easy roll-on and a couple seconds is all it takes to get there on mine.
  14. I'll be heading out into the Granville and Newark areas to meet someone for lunch and get a ride in. Nothing too special, just some time with my bike. I've ridden a couple of times this week and the roads haven't been too bad if you stay off the interstates with their huge potholes.
  15. I'm interested in the bike. I won't be ready to purchase a bike for probably another month, though. Do you have any room to work on the price?
