I have a 5.1 system and love it, its on whenever the tv is. However, if you are pleased with the sound coming from the setup you described there, then you shouldn't have an issue going to a soundbar. It is the same leap in quality from a tv's internal speakers to a soundbar, then to a soundbar and surround (as I am sure you know if you already have a setup). Its also vastly simpler to wire and figure out mounting positions. My dad has surround sound, but bought a soundbar for normal tv usage instead of movies (only 1 setting at a time so it would be a pain to re-program everything just to watch a movie, thereby defeating the purpose of it). He really likes it and I was presently surprised about the quality. I'm sure I'm beating a dead horse on the topic of "one-directional", but I figured I would give an example. If I am playing a video game and something rustles the grass behind me, I actually can tell its behind me because that is where the sound is coming from (because I have surround sound). With the soundbar, you wouldn't be able to distinguish from the side of you and behind you.

Since its a 16" barrel listed on the site, then I assume the flash hider will thread off and you can just add on a matching 1/2" x 28 RH threaded suppressor. Some shorter barrels have a flash hider permanently attatched to add effective length to the barrel to make it the legal 16" but I don't know about the DD specifically. If it comes off, you're all good. You may or may not need to switch out the buffer or have an adjustable gas block, I'm just commenting on the actual mounting.

Original GI or Springfield reproduction and price range (keeping in mind the inflated prices if he wants one now)?

I would love to get this guy's number as well if that is possible.

Since many people have been killed by the police for a circumstance exactly as you describe, I would have to say you have the legal options of fuck-all. Man who though his house was being broken into. Marine who had a legitimate search warrant on his house but overreaction again. And I will see if I can find another one that is currently sticking out in my mind. Edit: This is the marine case I was originally thinking of. And this one is just another cherry in the "planting evidence" and "botched no-knock warrant" cake.

It is! I have had a couple PM's as of late about it so I want to make it clear that it is still for sale

Well that was a fast turnaround

Is she learning to ride because you are, or because she has had a lifelong passion for motorcycles and she is is going to "wanna go fast"? The pro's for the 600 are that its an older model so the 600 stigma isn't as valid and you already have it. The con's are that it will take a bit more babying and might scare her from wanting to learn. I was trying to teach someone on my old 97 zx6 and they took off and nearly crashed while I was just teaching them how to slip the clutch and find the engagement point (no throttle involved). The pro's of the 250 are that its smaller and lighter (probably better suited for a girl) and it is less powerful so its less likely to accidentally be abused. The con's are that it will need to be upgraded (but they hold value) and that's about it. My recommendation would be the 250 if she has never had bike experience before. If you aren't making her try to keep up with you in the twisties, I doubt the lower power would be a bother. If she has ridden dirt bikes or has other experience and would get bored on the 250 too quickly then let her use yours.

I just got the last seat in the BRC-RR course for 5/4 at tri-c. The seats for that went quick, anyone else from here in it?

If this is real, then I'm loving it. If you guys want to see more of the same type of stories, go here: http://www.reddit.com/r/dgu/

Are you planning on giving the other lizards away, or are they already spoken for?

Technically yes, you are correct as Ohio law is slightly ambiguous. Burglary tools are defined by prima-facie evidence of things that have a high tendency for criminal use. So a rock would not constitute that, but lock picking tools would. It is a case where you are presumed guilty until proven innocent and it is better to err of the cautious side. Therefore it can be interpreted by an officer that it is illegal to possess and you would have to go to court to overturn that. I cannot recommend walking around with them unless you had a reason and better yet, apart of an organization like TOOOL.

Bingo, just like a slim jim. I have heard you can get away with the credit card ones that are breakout since they are not technically tools until disassembled but I personally wouldn't try it since most cops don't even know you can carry a gun let alone subtleties like picks.

Anyone know of places to find 115/147 grain 9mm bullets at? Everywhere I know of is sold out; Rainier, Zero, Berry's, Precision Delta, Frontier (well, their website is down so maybe?).

At the end of the group buy list, Dale mentions that dealer-dealer transfers are ~2 months and the form 4 are 6-12 mo. With all of this panic buying going on, I'm not surprised, just sad that its going to take a year after payment to see any return.

Go into business, you might make some money like these guys: http://shitsenders.com/order/

And what forms of payment do you accept?

I don't think things will FULLY stabilize until the next president. There will always be that thought and distrust in the back of peoples' mind. There is a run on high grade steel for bcg and barrels, so I doubt you'll find one for a good price until all orders from manufactures are caught up and there is enough for part sales

I have twice. I will PM you my email address

Any one want to PM me the price list?

I would go 3,2,1 personally. If he doesn't get the hint after the poo on his porch then they are ignorant and might need it spelled out, but do it as if you are just becoming concerned about it like "Some of the neighbors and I feel that letting your dog out to poop anywhere is becoming bothersome and you should...". If he tells you to go screw yourself, go with flounder's idea, if he agrees and things don't change then option 1.

I am 22, living in an apartment by myself while going to school 5 days a week and working 7 (soon to change). After I get my degree, if I find a job close by, I will probably move back home. It certainly isn't because I am unmotivated, lazy, or any other synonym: its because that is the most responsible decision. A house built for 3 kids and not occupied by any isn't doing anyone any good; I have way too many things to be in an apartment comfortably and do not have the funds to get anything larger; its fiscally responsible for both parties; I love my family and do not have problems with them; and many more reasons. I don't know where the idea that when you turn 18 you need to be on your own came from, but I don't personally need to display one-upmanship trying to accomplish it. Now, if I need to move for my job, then I will still be moved out but I will be living with roommates in the same sort of situation; splitting the cost of living to save some extra $$$. Either way it is done, I don't see a way I could be "starting my life earlier" unless I skipped college. For me, that was not feasible since the career paths I found I would most likely be in, all needed college degrees. All I can see is that people need to be in school for longer for more jobs, which is the way society has gone and is not a function of a person's ability

I got one 504 error, did something else for a half an hour and it was already back up. I doubt the actual outage was that long, more likely I just hit it at the right time

Texted the guy and apparently it is the wrong number or done maliciously. Flag it. Ahh, yes, I should have checked under his name. Someone didn't read the first post
