I too found the drama on this site embarrassing in the past, but either it's died down or I've just gotten used to it. Everybody I've met in person is good people.

Who's driving?

A friend was once in Canada for work and brought me back a tape measure with both inches and millimeters on it - he thought it was a Canada-only thing. I've used the Racetech tools before but at home I usually just fashion a dipstick out of coat hangar or something and mark it with a sharpie.

I've had a Rhino Liner in since 03. No damage but honestly my truck doesn't see much that doesn't have tires on it, and when it does I'm careful.

Why don't you just loop or clip the other end to something on the bike rather than using the sticky mounts?

I guess incriminate is definitely the wrong word, but it still looks bad to certain people letting you off of what is borderline reckless op. Some busybodies just need the impression that justice was served to sleep at night.

What's the point of a "gameshow" for average trackday joe if you've got pros laying down the times?

My car has factory HIDs that are crazy fucking bright. There is a distinct cutoff line so you can see they are set properly (well below any other drivers' head on flat ground). When rolling over hills or maybe even hitting bumps you definitely catch them once in awhile though. I get flashed all the time, and usually just ignore it. If I want to be a dick, I flash back.

That's too bad, had you found one other idiot posting the same thing somewhere on the internet it would have become a FACT. I think this internet thing has run its course and we're going to have to start going back to libraries or something to find actual information.
