Same here and with digital basic+ HD pack, i pay 80 bucks for everything (No DVR, getting rid of it this week, and moving back to Tivo) I wouldnt touch TW with a 10foot pole.

Bruno, I have posted this on COS, im sure we will get some members out there thursday as well. I know i will be there. This area is going to be made into a high rise garden, if the cooper stadium isnt put in. I somehow dont think THAT will create jobs. Also, this isnt being paid for (afaik) by the city, this is a private company, and the colleges want to be a part of the park as well, for the technology centers. Its not the people down i the bottoms that care, its the People at Greenlawn Cemetary, and GERMAN VILLIAGE that are bitching. The "poor people" want the Cooper Park built. If you drive around in that area, you will see the cooper park support signs in a majoriity of the yards. THey have 70 going thru thier backyard, with no sound barriers, do you really think that a race park is going to bother them, espeically one with this state of the art sound walls that are being produced for this place??

Well i tell you this, I have turned down this holiday 2+ years in a row. I would prefer random sexytime adventures, or gifts of love, not forced gifts. Its like christmas. It just takes the fun out of things being REQUIRED to gift. I was merely making suggestions for those who chose to honor it, in maybe a more thoughtful, long term way.

Might i make a suggestion for you guys buying flowers? Maybe buy her a live plant of flowers, (like say a rose bush, instead of a cut roses) or something similar? Also, Etsy.com usually has themed gifts around the holidays featured on thier front page. I also like that you can shop by color! heat Pumps pump AMBIENT air, not heated air. They are miserable peices of shit. ... cannot express how much i hate living in this house in the winter... heat pumps are a southern heat source that has mde its way north, and were not initially made to run below 32° that is why they not an efficient heat source in the north part of the country. 14xx sq ft-- $200 last month. This month i am sure will be higher. We use a Kerosene heater to supplement the heat in our house. We have newer (10yo) windows, but some drafty doors, that i keep air blockers in front of. We also use this to shut off all power going to non used electronics when we go to bed. We have everything but the DVR plugged into this thing, and the remote is mounted next to the light switch, so whenw e go to bed, we turn it all off as well. http://www.belkin.com/conserve/images/banners/switchav/switchav-banner.jpg Electronics use up a fair amount of electricity while still plugged in, even when they are off. Unplugging appliances when not in use is another good way to save on yoru bill. (toasters, mixers, lamps in rooms you dont use often, guest room clocks, tvs)
