Ax-airdale? I was Army...get it right! And my dog is not drooling...if you ever stop by (with a running bike), she'll drool on you. You're pretty close on the Bacchus thing, though. You forgot sex, dance, music, revelry, etc....Freedom, baby! Techy Geek? well, ok then..got me on that one.

Agreed - It happened to me 20 yrs ago...and ALMOST happens to me (and everybody else on the forum) on a weekly basis. SMIDSY is not an excuse.

If an officer takes your gun, is not familiar with it and it fires, potentially shooting himself (or somebody else, incl. YOU), would they be fully prosecuted by the law? I can understand them wanting to protect themselves but there's just too many other variables to justify the risk (and trampling on our rights)

I had an '03 SV1KN...great bike...and all my Duc friends riding 916/96/98's kept scratching their heads that I could run with them...HP/Ft-Lbs and power delivery of the SV were almost identical to the Italians.
