  1. I'll take this to PM so we're not thread jacking anymore[emoji1]
  2. That's the decade I'm currently living in
  3. Shock collars would be cheaper wouldn't they?...Hummmm
  4. Haha, yea my words and punctuation aren't always correct either, i think i fixed the post to read better. We usually go through Carnival because it seems to be a younger mix of people and we had a very bad experience on the one RCI cruise we took. It was prob a isolated thing but it was enough to leave a very back impression for us. We are cruising for our anniversary on Nov. 9th on the Pride with our favorite itinerary.
  5. Speaking more of the monthly expense, i don't think ive ever paid more than $50 for a phone myself. Five phones on my line my bill is around $240 a month and that's after my work discount.
  6. i think these are the #1 worst financial decisions and we all get sucked into them, kinda sad my monthly phone bill is equal to my truck payment. Iv tried to talk myself into giving mine up many times and i just cant do it.
  7. I'm in, but I'm not sure about how my injury will be healed by then. Only reason that will matter is how fast I will roll. If I'm still a bit gimpy by then and you don't mind waiting for me at the stops if needed. Might be a little better by then.
  8. Most of them 7 nights, maybe two of then 5 nights and one 4 night. Oh wait was there some sarcasm ..lol.. I see what you did there
  9. This! We were bought out by a bigger company five or six years ago. First thing they told us when they walked in the door is this "country club lifestyle is over". Now morale is all time low overtime is an all time high, and nobody can stand the people we work for. Crazy thing is back then we made money hand over fist, now we are losing money. Funny how those things work that way.
  10. SportTouring is where all the cool kids hang out...nice ride...time for some farkles
  11. I always get the last laugh Especially when im about to take our 10th cruise here in 40 days that cost me $680 out of pocket with flights included after i cashed out my credit cards reward points.
  12. Father inlaw isnt in the best health so today he wanted to talk to my boy. At first i didn't know what it was about but i was pleasantly surprised to find out why. He had a single shot Sears and Roebuck model 41-103 single shot .22LR, that his father gave to him and he was ready to pass it on to his grandson. It's a pre serial number model so to the best my research could figure out it is between a 1952-1967 model year, father inlaw guessing ealry 60s (prob 62 or 63). Not worth a lot of coin not in perfect condition but soo much family history and sentimental value. So after he cracked a couple of rounds through it with grandpas permission she is now sitting in the safe ready for the next pages of its life. Didn't think about getting a pic of them together, need to get that done.
  13. Kinda what I meant, not so many words
  14. I'd be all over this if you weren't so far away
  15. Those Amish can be crafty.
  16. I get your point, but.....I bet I've spent less some 7 night cruises than most people do on a weekend trip to amusement park for 4 people. I cruise when I get the deals, off season, away from holidays and summer time. And never, never, never through a travel agent. There is no more economical means of travel if your smart.
  17. This is what I had done last spring and basically all we did was a bed of gravel on 4 inches. The problem I had this really cold winter was a crack and lifting at one of the steps, but it settle back into place after the thaw.

    Roofers

I've got 30yr Owens Corning 3 tab on my house. I live on a very windy hill top with no shade. And 15 years in, my roof still looks great. Iv replace a couple that have blown off, but 30 min up there a couple times and they are good as new. I'm thinking im good for at least another 10 plus years, and I'll be using Owens products again.
  19. #richpeopleproblems ....
  20. This bike is stupid, why cant they come up with new cutting edge stuff that joeblow everyday public would accually be able to afford and ride.
  21. Wow, I know they are different generation but the lights in my Tahoe are by far the brightest factory lights I've ever had on a vehicle.
  22. This is Daisy she was never intended to be my dog but over the years she has become my buddy. Always the first to greet me at the door and when I wake up in the morning. She is almost 15 years old so I know her time is near. We rescued her from an abusive situation when she was young, and has always been part of the family. We have a younger dog named Rocky that little turd doesn't like me at all, but he's good to the kids. We are probably done with dogs until at least retirement age, once the kids are out of the house we want to be able to travel and go out whenever we want without worrying about dogs at home. Sorry to hear about your pup Sam.
  23. I hit some private land and gravel pit today and this was my outcome. Hit a jump a little too fast and got the quad about 6 foot in the air and landed hard on all fours. My hand slipped off the grip and slammed my wrist into the bars. They say it's not broken maybe a severe sprain, but it hurts like hell
