Only time I got wet was when me, @what, and @JustinNck1 rode into Gatlinburg for BBQ. And that was just on the way back.

I got wet for a whole 20 min of riding last year.

Ive been working 7a to 7p the last 3 weeks on top of being sick this week my brain is fried by the time I get home too.

On my 3rd Sena. The first SMH10 was absolutely bullet proof. It just worked and worked well. My second was the 10U for the Neotec biggest pos ever. Had 2 of them die on me totally and two hadbattery issues, wouldnt last as long as advertised. Also wasn't a fan of the clip on handle bar remote that took up a lot of space on the grip. Buttons were small a awkward. I now have the SRL integrated for my Neotec2. I love it so far with zero issues. Battery has been great speaker sound great and no remote. They went back to a 3 button design it keep it stupid simple. I takes a little bit to learn the button functions but the basic stuff is single tap. Only thing I wish it would have is to be able to charge it while using it for those super long days like we had out west last summer but Sena says they do that for safety reasons. Sena customer service is a little less to be desired too. Mike from RD had to take care of most of my issues with my 10U because Sena drag their feet. Their product design is awsome. Product quality middle of the road. And unless it's changed in the last 15 month customer service needed work. EDIT: Also my first SRL came D.O.A too but a quick exchange it has been great

I play the whyndham hotels reward game. I also get a discount that beats most because im a timeshare owner on the whyndham hotel website put 1000008722 in for a corperate code to get my discount and see of that helps ya. Also stear clear of the heavy tourist areas on the weekends prices will always be though the roof. Plus don't be afriad to stay in the next town over to save a few bucks.

Thanks it truly was a epic trip. That was our total room cost before split. A lot of those rooms were booked 8 mobths in advance and we played the reward points game a little that saved us a couple hundred. The hotels werent all top knotch but they were bug free and decent.

That trooper told me and @JustinNck1 that the crack down has just begun. Locals are tired of loud pipes and the speeders. Said they are going to be doing more patroling and even doing check points on the weekends checking equipment, license and safety. Ill take my tourism money else wear. Was i on the wrong? yes, but seems like it's only going to get worse. Aka "the dragon" type patrols.
