Does there happen to be some small scratches on one of the sides of the motor and bar end? If so, that's my old bike. Had a hot pavement incident in while on the center stand. I did the exact same mods on my old 05.

If you have to have a problem, that's it. Good for you that it's stuck on, rather than wont' come on. I've been having issues all year. But luckily I've got a buddy that takes care of me.

I've used sheet metal screws on the quad for years.

I'm 6'2" and I felt a little cramped, but you should be able to get forward controls and different bars as was already mentioned. And if those parts aren't available, you could always try a Raider. There is a plethora of aftermarket goodies for them.

I've been talking to the wife about a trip west instead of our yearly Gap area trip. I'll be watching this thread.

I loved my 05 FZ1. Really comfortable ride, and still had some get up and go. Good for 2 up too. I'll have another some day.

What a game! Then the game after! Wow. Mizzou needs to kick Auburns ass. Not sure if that will happen, but we can only hope. We just need someone in the Big Ten to step up and play some damn ball to help us out. I really started this topic to show off our OSU vs Meatchicken party. We had 3 19lb turkeys on the spit and 3 big racks of ribs in the smoker. And lots and lots and lots and lots o'alcoholic beverages. How was your party?

J Alexander (23 N) closed several years ago. Are they opened back up? That was one of my favorites for some time. I would also recommend BJ's Brewhouse (Polaris). The Jambalaya and pizza are phenomenal!!!! Also the last remaining Hooters in the Columbus area is on Hillard Rome Road. Quacker Steak and Lube at Polaris

In our opinion, it was a really cool movie, and had us smiling the whole time. Worth watching. Those who don't ride, just may not understand.
