Bodybuilding.com should be your best friend, it has a ton of different goal oriented workout plans and most have meal plans that go along with it. ive personally dropped 28lbs and most of the stuff i get is off that website. cut the bs out of your diet and get on a strict plan. it takes about 2 weeks of consistent work to become normal but the 1st 2 wks are miserable
