  1. HAHAHA Funny you should say world of warcraft. If you really wanna see someone lose their life, get them hooked on WOW. I could use the argument that WOW ruined a couple of my friends lives for a while, but they chose to do that as well.
  2. This^^^ This is like when people associate bad test scores to people with ethnic names, while yes a good portion if people with ethnic names do poorly in school, it's not the name but the environment the kid grew up in which caused bad grades. Were they from the project or a rich suburb? Did they have both parents growing up or were they a foster kid? You have to think about EVERYTHING before you go making bold accusations about an entire group of people. You are associating 2 things, smoking weed and poor life choices. Have you considered any other things that may factor into that? Do you have proof smoking weed caused them to have poor life choices or does that just happen correlate with several other more important factors?
  3. For the people who dont want "pot heads" running around, you would be surprised how many of us there already are. Its so easy to smoke and continue on with your day without anyone even knowing. Hell, I wake and bake almost everyday and no one has ever been the wiser and my possible future employer actually WANTS me to smoke at work because it makes the work environment more relaxed and less stressful. It honestly makes me more productive in some cases as well.
  4. CO just legalized it for recreational use!!!! Hopefully Ohio follows next!

    walking dead

Was she going to die either way? Because it seemed like she made a dumb decision to kill herself but that was a lot of blood so I don't know if she was going to die anyway or not.
  6. This looks like so much fun! And no traffic! Hahaha
  7. I always see it priced about the same when I buy it from the store, maybe a dollar more a box.
  8. It just seems like a lot of money to give a 16 year old who is more than likely going to crash into a dozen things the first month driving and probably go off road in it at least once in the first year. Its not that the kid shouldn't have a nice car, it just seems like a waste for you and they should earn the right to have a nice car.
  9. Wow, $10k for a first car? My first car was $4000 back in '06 and was 8 years old. Hell, my second car was only $6000. Didnt have a new car until I had a steady job and bought it myself.
  10. I have PR2's on it right now with about 1000 miles on them, but, the back has a plug in it. It has never lost a pound of pressure since I put the plug in 700 miles ago but would they make me get a new tire/should I get a new tire for the track? I dont imagine being a beginner I will be putting much more stress on the tire than I do on the street but, I may just be leaning a bit more, so is it a big deal?
  11. For an inexpensive gun with the (almost)lowest cost ammo, get a Bersa 380
  12. So I am looking to start doing some track days next season. I have a couple years of street riding under my belt and am looking to make the move to the track. I did not ride as much this year because after the deals gap trip, I really became unenthused about riding the boring strait roads of NEO and have been looking for more fun roads/events. My questions are, what are good events to get my feet wet in and what do I need to do to prep the bike and myself? I am going to try to start saving now because I don't imagine it is cheap but I need to know just how expensive it is and what things I should be looking to buy or sign up for now.
  13. SerialBox and iSerialReader, they have activation codes for pretty much any mac software out there. Set up your hot corners and gestures. I have my bottom right corner set to show desktop, bottom left to keep the computer from going to sleep when watching movies, and 3 finger swipe up on the track pad reveals all my apps in preview mode. These have made me way more efficient, those and the keyboard shortcuts which are close to windows so that should not be a huge change.
  14. People will believe anything you tell them though, even if it is missing crucial details like in the case of the ethnic names. Kids with ethnic names have lower scores because they were born in a situation where the parent has chosen an ethnic name, like in the ghetto, not because of the name.
  15. I am going to be dipping so many things now! Might even do this on the back of my tank to stop it from getting scratched by my zippers.
  16. You may have a point when it comes to the body parts, but wheels are probably OK. Those tend to have the toughest clear coat possible from my experience. The GF actually curbed the shit out of one of my wheels on a gas pump concrete island and I was able to buff all of the scuffing off except where it actually dug into the aluminum on the lip.
  17. Ok, now I want to do this to my car! I want to see someone pealing it off though.
  18. Thats the thing, most people are using plastidip because they DONT want to scuff the area, like myself. I want to be able to take it off at some point and have the original paint intact, which I think is what Doc is wanting to do.
  19. I was thinking about doing this to my wheels on the car, how easy does it come off? That color scheme looks awesome! Although I dont think you will get that kind of gloss out of plastidip.
  20. What if you fill it with gas and the required amount of stabil, run it for like 20 miles, then drain the tank before storage? Reason being I still have not fixed the small gas leak on my tank and I don't want it leaking the whole winter in my grandparents garage. I bought a nice siphon that has a pump on it so I was just gonna drain the gas into a gas can since it has stabil in it already but everyone has said to fill the tank.

    10/25 noon

That looks like a nice little route, wish I would have gone with you guys :/
  22. I actually think the highway is safer, no cross traffic. Just have to watch out for large truck blindspots. Always ride ahead or behind, never beside. My first time was on a 250, which if you don't know, stands up to semi truck gusts about the same as a paper bag. Definitely didn't expect that!
  23. This is my favorite bike and color combo right now, congrats.... let me know when you are ready to sell it
  24. Welcome, what do you plan on doing to the bike? Restore or cafe racer(I hope haha)?
  25. Lots of triumph people joining lately, welcome
