Congrats again, and I know it has a lower aftermarket saddle, but what brand was it? Looked Corbin'ish from the pic I saw. Hows the overall condition of the tires/chain/sprox/brakes?

I believe, that instinctively self preservation of some sort takes hold and has us backing off the throttle or grabbing at the brakes earlier than necessary. My fears are throwing my bike down and getting hurt, either scenario would affect my life drastically. Track guys can definitely attest to the mental hurdles with self confidence, and confidence in the bike's abilities.....but its something that everyone deals with at some point whether we're on the track or on the street. I'm sure its simply making ourselves push a bit further and more practice that helps us to persevere

I heard talk about possibility of him pursuing Australian Supercar racing, among other various rumors. Never know until he chips in with facts, but his offspring is bearing load in his decision making for sure

What kind of money are you expecting out of 1 day a week? Pizza delivery doesn't exactly equate to the income possibility of pimping, ya know. This mod helps cut down on about 95% of the decel popping the bike exhibits when stock. It will help stop the "blatty" sound you hear when you first start the bike when it’s cold, and it will make the exhaust note a little deeper. It will not have ANY adverse affect on the performance of the bike, although some boast a pony or 2 gain; and doing it requires no additional "mapping" changes. Some may argue that removing the smog system from the bike may aid exhaust scavenging when using a 2-into-1 or a 2-into-2 exhaust with a crossover. While this is likely true (the smog system would tend to cancel out scavenging effects) the results would be very minimal and not worth mentioning. So, all in all its not a performance mod in any respect so much as an "owner appreciation" mod to enhance the riding experience and some performance of other related modifications/tunes. By the looks of it, should be a couple hours to complete on average......pending your mechanical apptitude of course.
