I dont believe you were wrong in calling the cops, but I usually dont. Depending on my mood as to what I do in return to fux like that. I've chased assholes down and jumped out of the truck to set shit straight, never had gotten to them though. Bastards would usually take off and I'd lose them, or they'd lock me out of their vehicle so I couldn't get at them. Had a carload of kids that were going 40 in a 55, traffic lined up behind them and every car that would pass them got a handful of gravel chucked out the window at them - pissed me off something fierce, so since the wife was driving I had her tail them to a stop sign. I jumped out and ran up to the car, screaming at them but none of the 4 teens would get out.....pussy ass punks. But these instances were years ago when my nuts were still full, now days I just steer clear and maybe throw out a hand and signal they're number 1 so to speak:D Age does play its role now, whereas it didnt at all when I was younger. I've calmed down quite a bit this last decade

I've been 170's and smashed fairly hard on the brakes directly after letting off the throttle. Nothing happened out of the ordinary, but odd things can occur when you least expect it. I remember I sat up partially and noticed quite a vacuum at my helmet and shoulders at that speed so I didnt sit all the way up but continued braking down to under 100. I have sat up at 150ish several times, just have a firm grip on the bars, squeeze at the knees on the tank, and you should do fine. Dont be too concerned about being stripped from the bike until you're closer to 190+ and have little grip on the bike. Not sure which event you plan to run, but pm me with your intentions and if I dont run mine but I'm available.....I would gladly come out and help you with whatever I can. I want to hit at least one of the 4 events next year at OhioMile if not more than one - it will be my first time next season so I expect nothing in advance but to go out there and have fun, just to see what can be done with little mods here and there to my bike. I plan to lower the rear, strap the front, bump up to my drag map, and possibly play with gearing a little bit.

What if Gen3's new toy is gas-powered? Wouldn't it qualify for the "Daily Ride" section then?

Figured we'd start cheap and see how we like a tactical toy. Not too hateful a price all in all. Weapon $669 plus the RedDot and 100 rds of food for it. I would eventually like to get a long range rifle in .223 as an acompaniment piece to share ammo with the AR. Anyone ever hear of JRC? Just Right Carbines? The sales guy had a .40cal version ( could share food with our pistols ) of their AR and seemed well built with an all aluminum upper/lower, ambidextrous charging handle AND double sided eject port so you could swap it to LH use. Came with a quadrail too. Optics Ready flattop at $550ish? He couldn't elaborate on their quality, but appeared well made for the money. Just curious if anyone had experience with them

Marijuana becomes a psychological HABIT......Alcohol becomes a physical ADDICTION. Your body doesn't become dependent on THC to survive, whereas your body will become dependent on alcohol after enough abuse. Case and point, this is the biggest difference of all between what's already legal, and what's being fought for. I would rather we compare alcohol to a mild heroine/methamphetamine/etc in it's ability to control habitual abuse. Weed is but a choice each time of use/abuse, no matter how many years it's been in our system.....it's never a MUST have. Alcohol isn't addictive overnight, but drink it daily for long enough and you'll not be able to stop without huge symptoms, not just getting a little pissy for a few days as weed would cause. So, this country would rather legally allow a more harmful substance to be readily available instead of the lesser evil.......yet more typical BS from our control tower:nono: Growing or buying for personal use should be completely legal so long as a state minimum/maximum allowance is followed. Tax it, treat it like alcohol and tobacco - simple stuff imo......why blow the easiest concept to shit because of some unknown chemicals that can't be broken down or identified?
