  1. Sounds good to me too. Make it much easier to find past threads and compile all the pics/vids - especially since these have been an annual deal for several years now
  2. Welcome to the forum -- we've got some Cincinnastians around here
  3. Welcome to the forum. Some crafty builds you have there
  4. If you're unsure and hesitating....just wait. I surfed the web for my next bike almost a year before I committed, and saved $thousands. Save your money, ride the bike you own this year, but keep your eyes peeled along the way for a bike that just calls out to you and fits your budget best
  5. I believe the biggest complaint is from RFID "check/debit card" holders since it's their money on the line.
  6. Damn, I was hoping. My wife has dainty little tootsies in women's size 6.
  7. Assuming the boots are men's size 6, not women's? Wifey @snotneeds some new boots and the price looks great on these
  8. I guess he should rent a compact car for his wife so he can take his tow vehicle seeing as she wont drive a stick?
  9. Somebody hook max up with a lift to the Gap already. If my trailer could hold a 3rd bike, I'd try and help ya out
  10. Ah, so there's 3 things we wont have to worry about this year then right?
  11. Hey, I'm a guy....so junk is always on topic at some point
  12. I run cheap ProGrip 699 gels, but mainly for adhesion on the supermoto moreso than vibration dampening......although my KTM vibes so hard it makes my junk numb
  13. Fuck sake, what sort of shenanigans did I prepay for?!?!
  14. Define "ridiculousness". Does it involve beer, booze, and porny corndogs?
  15. Here, here! It's like a very abbreviated version of a Gap trip. Good riding, good people, good times
  16. Was it you countersteering out of some rear slide, or the front tucking a bit and recovering on it's own? Hard to tell from the vid, maybe some debris on the road? Either way it looks like you were digging into those corners pretty good.
  17. Maybe. Bailed out a window mid-fuck and had to skeedaddle before his footwear could be put on. At least he went with the helmet vs his sneakers
  18. Welcome to the forum. Good meeting you Mike. That 9RR was the cleanest I've seen in a while, sharp bike and good riding with you. My wife said you did great and rode your own ride - THAT'S what it's all about.
  19. Maybe his flipflops are clear
  20. Vinales seems to be finding a more consistently competitive setup on his Suzuki, but the front row means shit when you pork the start. Though, the team is proving itself more and more. Good race. Poor Rossi. Wish Marques could've made that last pass stick
  21. I was pleasantly surprised at the turnout today considering this was a rain date ride. My wife said she counted something like 43+ bikes. Anyone get an actual head count?
  22. Didn't crash at all. All I did was drop the bike at the stop where 78 crosses 377. I missed Malta Hill Rd. turn, so we stopped at the bottom of the hill @ 78 to check the route and head towards McConnelsville. The far right side is off camber and downhill, so when I got back on the bike my right foot slipped on a few rocks and down she went. I tried to hold it up but all I could manage was to keep the bike from slamming to the ground, so it was a gentle fall. Minor scrapes on the right pannier. Already ordered my parts a few minutes ago, so it will be fixed up again soon. I'm fine. It didn't hurt any worse than Tonik's asskicking, which didn't hurt at all, so yeah...all good.
  23. Dont believe I made it around to shaking your hand, but nice shots man!
  24. Home safe n sound. 465 miles total. Thanks to Derek for organizing the ride, fetching the chow, and the whole tee-spring "shituation". Brian and his family for the food prep and service. All the folks in my group for tolerating my usual wrong turn or two. Glad everyone kept it on 2 wheels ( but me ), but it's minimal damage and my pride's bruised worse than the bike. Happy with the day, the weather, the route, and my new Sprint. Hope to see a lot of you again at the Gap in a couple weeks
