  1. Why? They make THC extract oil for these vapes too, and better yet there's no familiar scent of pot about it either. I've not tried it, but did see it online
  2. I'm planning to dispose of mine ultimately, but in no big hurry to do so. The major money savings is a huge factor for me as well, so investing more into a new habit would negate, at least partially, that reason in itself. Stupidest word? Personally, I don't think so.......it reminds me more of astronauts felching from one another while in orbit. I'll have Ben change my s/n to Darth Vaper just because it bugs you THAT much
  3. Yeah, I've done that a time or 2 myself
  4. Although I typically swear by nothing but quality equipment, I honestly dont plan on this habit lasting long enough to invest too much into it. And even this cheaper setup will outlast and outperform the old E-cigs I had. I love the fact that its so damn cheap. Went from $200/month habit to about $20 month. We'll see though, once these 2 setups start giving me issues I may look into the bigger betters like yours I picked out the oils, didnt even pay attention to the nicotine level until I was home hitting it. Its not that bad though, and from what I've read it seems to be a happy medium to start on. Good to hear man, and Sam deserves the cred on the book....I knew nothing of it until he brought it up, just a lucky strike finding the freelink ( and yes, pun intended )
  5. I agree, and it was a smidge chaotic just before the ride started when we all were scrambling to join our respective groups Challenge accepted good sir. And remember, no laughing at my snazzy sweater vest in the hot tub
  6. Yeah, me too - (2) eGo 1100mah batt's, (2) 1.6ml eGo CE4 Clearomizer tanks, charger, case, and (2) 5ml 24mg veg oils. $74 and some change otd. Have a local vape cafe just south of me called JoJo Vapes, hellacious selection of flavs to choose from. The new technology is worlds superior to the early setups. I had the E-cig kit years ago, harsh to use and junky equip. The eGo is the way to go
  7. Strap it on the treadmill and work through that break in period until the snow melts Nice Ninja, GLWS
  8. Definitely - make sure to jump at it, never know how long a free link will stay up I'm finding the vape a favorable alternative, Lee. And at the price of smokes now, and at an average of a pack a day, the vape will save you money after the first 2 weeks. Cost me $75 to set myself up for 2 months, and then its only about $10 a month after that until I ween down to the 0mg nicotine fluid and finally quit the vape. Huge money saver, and a considerably healthier vice. I am also learning how bad smokers smell to nonsmokers.....stinky bastards smell like a tobacco bonfire to me now
  9. Is that rate taken by the percentage of the population vs number of crimes committed though? Surely the U.S. is more populated now in comparison to almost 80 yrs ago, which would drive the rate down while allowing the number of crimes to inflate. But I get what you're saying, rate vs rate is still relavent
  10. Found a free pdf download on the book too for anyone else interested. It's well worth the price online, but I dig the freebies moreso http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&cd=1&ved=0CCgQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fmedia.wix.com%2Fugd%2F74fa87_2010cc5496521431188f905b7234a829.pdf&ei=AJfWUuCaAcuuqQGgqYCoCg&usg=AFQjCNFWpJ0VUWdKLJ95NYEElXSNUfvV-A&sig2=b8AdPgLUWIeGRmlN2t_mzA
  11. Day 7 smoke free for me. I did invest in a new vape to ease cravings, and it does just that. Haven't missed cigs at all the last 5 days, but the first couple were a challenge trying to program my head around relying solely on the vape. Feeling better everyday too

    Advice needed

I say aim high Aaron, you aren't out anything if they deny your offer or fail to counter up to your standards. Small companies can be somewhat double-edged in the respect that you'll be more valuable in your position, yet the company can be less stable due to it's smaller scale. My wife understands this as she's recently transitioned to a smaller corp. Less on her plate, more money, shorter work weeks, she is much more valuable and gets more of mgmt's attention to her needs, yet the company isn't very old/established. But, for the stress reduction and her peace of mind, a well deserved change. There are several things to consider like all the posts above have mentioned, really is up to you and your wants/needs though. Good luck man!
  13. The judicial system does manage to convict an innocent person now and then, and nothing can be done that would make this process completely failsafe so long as people are involved.....the old 'to error is to be human' idea. It's inevitable, and truly unfortunate for all involved with false convictions. As long as the judge/jury can have their opinions swayed, this will continue to happen. All they can do is their best to keep facts on an even keel during the decisions and always entertain the possibilities of both sides to be as fair as possible. But, in my opinion....we never should've strayed from public hangings, canings, stockades, guillotines, etc for select criminals. Desensitizing the population to the what-ifs of committing crimes has surely not helped reduce the crime rates, and games/movies today are far more graphic than actuality, ergo there's no point in hiding it......so I say reinstate those old tactics to see if it helps to bring back a more civilized civilization ( meaning reduced crime since killing isn't exactly civil ).
  14. And a cabin in the woods of Hocking valley, fortified with a steamy hot tub in which to kick back and ingest mass quantities of Jager and Shiner Bock to relax the saddle sores away on a nightly basis. Had a blast last year, would like to see this happen again as well. I agree that it needs to be prior to/post race season since we travel to some of them during the season and plan to have our bikes in trackday garb quite a bit this summer.
  15. Good luck on the hunt, but there's only a handful of us ZX14 owners here ( that I'm aware of anyway ) and I'm not considering ever selling mine unless I grow too old for it Check this place out, a couple guys I know have got some good deals here and there are a few hypers in stock... http://www.racersedge411.com/ And Cory always has minty fresh gen2 14's and parts for sale here and has warehousing in Michigan if you're willing to travel a bit... http://www.402bike.com
  16. We're a Lucas Oil product dealer at work and I've used this stuff since its inception. I've run it in everything that takes crankcase oil....all with good results. Never a wet clutch issue one, and I dont exactly baby my equipment either. Some of our heavy hauler customers swear by the stuff every service interval, and to use it in the very machines that make their living says something about it. Sam, Lucas did try to get other oil mfg's on board with using their product as an additive, but apparently it's sort of taboo in the oil business.....seems the oil guys would rather rely solely on their own recipes to sell their product than to risk potential warrantable failures by inviting other elements to that recipe. So, Lucas adopted a house branded oil to make their own line that include their additive mixed in. It's pricey, we dont carry it, and I've not used it.....but their additives are good stuff. I use their fuel treatment in the bikes for winter stabilizer/conditioner as well, never an issue.
  17. Wonder if there'll be good prices on firearms / ammo / general buffoonery equipment?
  18. Surely it's lethal, otherwise what's the point? I'm just hoping it gives the inmates a last minute raging-rigor-mortis-boner just for the coroner's gits n shiggles
  19. sub'd for future entertainment value ......and, we're basically already an MC here -- except we do stickers and t-shirts instead of patches
  20. I know bro, we'll have to manage a meet up sometime soon, maybe this spring? Be good to chat it up with ya again
  21. Boooo! It will get better Mike. Happy New Year to ALL!
  22. Chad, your bike surely doesn't outweigh mine and you + girlfriend = maybe 20-30 lbs more than me suited and solo. Now, I understand my rear is wider at 190 vs your 140 or 150, but you should be fine with running your radials around 38-40psi for 2-up and maybe 36ish single seated. Like we discussed at work bro, you will be hard pressed to find any single compound tire that'll outlast a dual compound for longer tire life and even wear. I love dual compounds on my 14. They tolerate a lot of slab work with commuting, but still grip well cornering at street paces/surfaces.
