Is there a margin that they'll "allow?" ie 5 over and you're it or keep to the posted limit? Up here in that dirty state up north it's 12 over apparently.

I had the same feeling when I had the Riders Discount paint job done, it's too nice! But a clean, well painted bike is just a confidence boost and translates to better feeling on the track. Weird but it works/worked for me.

Grattan will work you harder than any other track. Just completed my first event there and I must say while it's the hardest track I've ever ridden, it's now one of the favorites.

With that particular area no, but the rest of the state is indeed very nice - especially over in west michigan. also be ready to drive faster on the highway with much less patrol and patrons mindful of the left hand passing lane... cruise 80-85 over here no problems.
