  1. Arguably one of the lightest street-focused full-face helmets you can buy today, the EXO-ST1400 Carbon Fiber Helmet from Scorpion is perfect for the anywhere, anytime rider. Each helmet is built using aresin-infused TCT-U 3K carbon fiber composite weave. This construction technique imparts a strong, frangible-resistant shell to which everything else is attached. And it’s made in three different sizes so as to correctly fit a wide variety of head sizes. On the shell are fitted user-adjustable intake vents and a large switch for deploying the built-in SpeedView sun visor. This particular feature means you’ll never have to bring a spare shield if you’re going one way with the sun up and another after the sun’s gone down. This alone makes the helmet worth its weight in gold! Inside, your noggin will be comfortably nestled in Scorpion’s well-known Kwikwick anti-microbial interior. Not only is the liner comfortable, thanks to a well though-out arrangement, but also because of the integrated AirFIt inflation system. A moment to air-up the liner by squeezing the built-in pump is all it takes to achieve a custom fit every time you get on the bike. Each helmet ships with an additional Pinlock-ready visor along with anti-fog insert, a helmet bag and a comprehensive instruction manual. Backed by a 5 year manufacturer warranty and available in a range of sizes, be sure to get the correct one to fit you by calling Mike on 866.931.6644 ext 818. 2. Simple, easy installation that completely eliminates the OEM ignition switch assembly in minutes. There’s no need to solder, cut or otherwise permanently modify the OEM wire harness in order to have a fully-functional on/off switch for your bike. That is to say, the kill switch will then become your on/off switch. A particular advantage of removing the ignition switch assembly, aside from the significant weight savings, is that you won’t have to worry about losing your key every again. There’s probably one or two of you reading this who’ve made the (usually not short) trip to the track only to find that the key you need isn’t with you! Or worse yet, the key may become damaged in the event of a crash, rendering the ignition difficult or impossible to use and ending your fun for the day. About the only thing you’ll need to do in order to fit this on your bike is drill the ignition switch mounting studs out – but other than that, just plug it in and your bike is ready for the track! Each kit comes with everything you need to remove the stock ignition switch along with a complete set of easy-to-understand instructions. Of course, in the event you want to sell the bike later or convert it to street use, you can easily put everything back to stock configuration to do so. To order your model-specific ignition switch eliminator kit, call Mike on 866.931.6644 ext 818, send a note to TJ via email; forum@ridersdiscount.com or just send a PM right here along with the exact model and year of your machine, and we’ll get back to you right away!
  3. Built on a race-proven design, the SMX Plus boot uses a contoured polymer shin protector designed for a comfortable and secure fit. It also provides excellent impact and abrasion resistance. Within the large shin protector, you’ll also find a strategically positioned front vent for improved. You’ll notice a large Multi Link Control (MLC)that adds impact protection to ankle as well. All of this is attached to an upper made with lightweight and durable microfiber, that’s mixed with synthetic compound for long-lasting durability. Holding the boot on your foot is a ratchet buckle closure on calf features that has a hidden security strap as well as a lateral side zipper that’s covered by a long strip of protective leather. As you move down the boot, you’ll find anatomically designed, asymmetric leather accordion stretch panels that allow maximum flexibility without sacrificing rider safety. Working with the inside of the boot to keep you cool, breathable mesh inserts and a perforated side panel allow air to move around your foot. This of course, is in addition to the perforated leather at dominates most of the boot’s exterior surface. Keeping your toes safe, dual-density screw-in toe-sliders are carefully placed to prevent abrasion for those that corner low. Constructed of ionized aluminum and polymer, the combination provides durability and abrasion resistance. These units can be replaced when they’re close to wearing through. You can order these boots and take advantage of expert sizing advice by calling Mike on 866.931.6644 ext 818, sending us a PM or a note to forum@ridersdiscount.com with ALPINESTARS SMX PLUS VENTED BOOTS in the subject line, just be sure to specify the what size sneakers you wear and whether or not you want the waterproof version - and we’ll get back to you right away.
  4. Expertly assembled using 160 individual elements per glove, RFX Race gloves from Five are the premier model from the French manufacturer and the same ones you’ll find covering the hands of the best motorcycle racers in the world. After your first ride, you’ll understand why so many world class riders wear these gloves when the green flag drops. Five spent five years designing, testing and evaluating the RFX Race before it was ready for production. Different materials were evaluated for the ability not only to withstand the rigors or racing, but also for their comfort and durability. Leather over a Kevlar lining in Five’s signature style, serves as the foundation to which everything else is affixed, including a set of thermoset carbon fiber knuckle protectors. This particular material differentiates itself from standard carbon fiber covers in that it’s formed in an autoclave as opposed to be setting a vacuum mold by itself. The results are stronger, yet lighter pieces that serve as hard armor for your knuckles which often take the hardest hit in a crash landing. The remaining carbon fiber guards are standard molded affairs that are more than apt to function in their positions. Stretch Kevlar panels are affixed over leather on the index and ring fingers while an extra swatch of accordion leather links the outer two fingers. All of which, is held in place with Kevlar stitching. You’ll find goatskin on the palms and a unique Kevlar stretch material over the wrists which is then covered by a leather strap which holds everything firmly on your hands. Pitards leather is added in high-wear areas of the palms that don’t interrupt the translation of front end feel to your hands. These are the same gloves that Michel Pirro was wearing when he left the seat of his Ducati at 165mph while approaching Mugello’s San Donato. While he did suffer a concussion and a dislocated shoulder, the gloves were certainly a factor in preventing serious injury to his hands in that particular fall. The gloves come to you in a presentation-grade box that also includes a detailed guide on the construction of the same along with a high-quality mesh storage bag. To order these stellar gloves and take advantage of expert sizing advice, call Mike on 866-931-6644 ext 818, send a PM or a note to Forum@RidersDiscount.com with FIVE RFX RACE GLOVES in the subject line and we’ll get back to you right away.
  5. One sprocket, two metals, with Stealth rear sprockets from Supersprox, you get a long-lasting, but still relatively light, rear sprocket for your bike. This is done by using 7075 series aluminum for the carrier portion of the ring that is then bonded to a zinc-plated steel sprocket on its perimeter using forged stainless steel rivets. The high-wear portion, being made of steel, stands up to long-term use much better than any kind of aluminum could hope to while the aluminum carrier keeps the whole assembly lighter than an all-steel rear sprocket. We have these patented rear sprockets available for a variety of motorcycles. To order yours, call Mike on 866.931.6644 ext 818, send us a PM here or email forum@ridersdiscount.com and we’ll get back to you right away.
  6. I have a Roku, Apple TV and a Firestick. Kind of a nerd, like to try them all. I think the Roku is the best platform out of the group. Best streaming service, that is hard to say. I have Spectrum internet, they have an app for TV and I get like maybe 20 channels. If you are a good salesman (like myself) you can get them to throw in for free.
  7. A white helmet is perfect for any rider that’s not interested in paint schemes, but wants a lid that’s easy to spot out on the road or at the track. And also, the white helmet lends itself well to anyone that likes a custom paint job – just ask your painter and he’ll tell you, aside from an unfinished shell, white is going to be one of the easiest colors with which to work. Starting from within, each X-Fourteen helmet is fashioned around a highly-engineered, fully-removable comfort liner and cheek pads. These pieces effectively pull moisture off your head and keep you cool while you make way through the apex, or the toll booth. The (now-standard) emergency quick release system EQRS cheek pads allow for, not only a secure fit of the helmet, but also a faster, safer removal of the lid should the rider need careful attention after a crash. All of this is snuggled inside a dual-layer, multi-density EPS foam liner that absorbs impact energy in a fall, while effectively aiding in the delivery of cooling air straight to the scalp. For maximum safety, helmet sizing is critical, that’s why Shoei employs four different shell sizes in the X-Fourteen range to fit extra-small to XX-large heads. The shell itself, which uses six layers of hand-laid, varying materials, provides the right mix of rigidity and flexibility not typically seen in a fiberglass helmet, or that of a plastic shell. The result is a SNELL-approved helmet that almost certainly looks like it’s been developed in a wind tunnel (it was!). The shape is carefully engineered to provide effective rider ventilation without calling into question safety. Riders that spend a lot of time at the track will appreciate the minimal buffeting at speed in a helmet that doesn’t push the head around as much as lesser designs. Each helmet ships with extras: a lower air spoiler, Pinlock visor cover, breather guard, chin curtain and helmet back. For expert sizing guidance and lightning-fast shipping, call Mike on 866.931.6644 ext. 818, send a note to forum@ridersdiscount.com SHOEI X14 WHITE in the subject line, or just shoot us a PM and we’ll get back to you right away.
  8. A glove designed for the racetrack, but more than suitable for all-around riders, the RFX1 from Five Gloves quickly grew on our list of most-desired gloves thanks to a plethora of features. Starting with ventilated polyurethane knuckles, you can also find hard armor in the form of a carbon plate that protects the forearm. It offers all the features of a top-of-the-line glove geared towards performance. These items are attached to a cowhide chassis on the tops and sides of the hand. Opposite of this armor, goatskin is used on the palm for feel and flexibility. The palm is further reinforced in Digital Pittards English leather for a reliable grip in wet weather. Inside the glove, a Kevlar lining is employed for durability and comfort. In areas where flexibility is required, Stretch Kevlar does double-duty as a protective barrier for both the palm and the top of the hand, while providing an exceptionally lightweight fit. Holding it all in place, a Velcro strap is secreted behind a flap of protective leather to reduce the risk of the glove being torn off in the event of a fall. Lots of work went into making these gloves as protective as they are good looking. You won’t be disappointed when these arrive at your door! To order these gloves and take advantage of expert sizing advice, call Mike on 866.931.6644 ext 818, send a PM here, post up below or email forum@ridersdiscount.com with FIVE RFX1 GLOVES in the subject line and we’ll get back to you right away.
  9. A solid performer for the all-round rider, these boots are more than suitable for the street and track motorcyclist. Starting with TCX’s standard precision laser cut synthetic microfiber chassis with integrated polyurethane protectors, these booths offer a wider range of flexibility without sacrificing safety. An inner lining uses the brand’s recognizable red, Air Tech breathable liner which allows your feet to stay comfortable, even in the hottest temperatures. Best of all, your foot is held in place using the integrated Fasten Fit Control (F.F.C.) lacing system. This internal lacing system provides a sure-fit for your feet without being harsh or uncomfortable as it pulls the boot firmly up against the heel. A buckled close with a rubber gasket along the top minimizes rain and debris intrusion. Back to the outside of the boot, you’ll find replaceable toe and heel sliders. In this way, you can expect the boots to last for years of riding use! To order yours, call us on 866.931.6644 ext 818, send a note to Mike via email; forum@ridersdiscount.com with TCX RT-RACE BOOTS in the subject line or just send a PM right here along with the size of your regular shoes you wear and we’ll get back to you right away!
  10. First conceived only a few short years ago, the brake lever guard is now ubiquitous on racebikes around the world. The safety advantage and almost insignificant weight penalty (a few grams) make them a logical choice for the serious rider, road or track. The guard works simply by placing a block in front of the brake lever so that, should you come into contact with another bike or rider, you’re much less likely to end up on the ground as the result of a locked front tire. Each model-specific carbon fiber brake lever guard comes with all the required installation hardware for fitting it to your bike’s OEM clip-ons. All you have to do is remove the stock bar end and affix the included hardware in its place, along with the lever guard itself, and you’re all set. For those of you with aftermarket clip-ons installed on your bike, there’s also a kit available that’ll work with hollow clip-ons as well. Aside from that, it’s never bad having another piece of quality carbon fiber attached to your bike! To order yours, give Mike a call on 866-931-6644 ext 818, send us a PM here or email forum@ridersdiscount.com with R&G CF BRAKE LEVER GUARD in the subject line along with the model and year of your machine along with what type of clip-ons you have, stock or aftermarket - and we’ll get back to you right away.
  11. I don't think you will see an updated Corsair between now and next spring. They just started to update the models to Snell 2020 (which this graphic will have).
  12. Engineered in Germany by SW-Motech, the Triton bag, while extremely durable is one comfortable bag that’s suitable for all-day riding. This is achieved by using a tarpaulin chassis that’s fitted with a range of adjustable straps and a waist belt for perfect riding comfort, no matter how it’s loaded. This bag is perfect for the all-weather rider. It’s stout, durable and waterproof. Basically, you could drown the bag and the contents therein would be plenty dry. The roll-top opening, which is pretty much foolproof, provides this level of water protection. Inside the bag, you’ll find a dedicated pocket that’ll fit a 17” laptop, along with 20 liters of carry space in a bag which measures up to 26” tall and 13-3/4” wide. You’ll have plenty of space in which to store your gear, and keep it dry, too! Get yours delivered fast by calling Mike on 866.931.6644 ext 818!
  13. Arai does a good job with all of their graphics, but this one is really nice in person.
  14. Nicky Hayden has been synonymous with the Arai brand since his days as a club racer.
