  1. Thanks, but we just tried a few today, looks like it may be the ECU and not the sensor.
  2. Need a 1994-1995 stock Maf for a mustang gt with 19# injectors.
  3. Its easy when you have a car that has 1 issue to fix it and move on.... But when you have a car with 10 issues, no time to fix it, that's another story. I want a car I can race now. Not miss 4 track days in a row because something else is broken. This one is damn near ready and I am excited for the upcoming track days now.
  4. I actually like the wheels. We are not fully sure of everything done to it so its hard to say what all we will end up doing. Visual mods and a little suspension stuff are the only real plans for now. And most likely a tune.
  5. It is by far the most comfortable car I have ever driven. Interior is amazing. It is very responsive. Quiet inside although it is heavily modded with a killer exhaust note. It's definitely very different from an f-body. I absolutely loathe the marker lights so we will upgrade the head lights to give it a slightly more modern look... No halo's or anything like that though.
  6. http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x123/wannarace928/Mustang.jpg This one is the keeper. 95 Cobra with 93k miles and a 5spd. Very clean body, no rust. It seems to be pretty decently modded, not sure of everything it has done to it yet. We know it has an intake, ignition system, cam, throttle body, injectors, full exhaust, transmission, clutch, gears.... possibly a lot more. Love everything except the alarm system!

  9. Thanks to all who came out! It was a little stressful early on with mother natures temper tantrum ruining the schedule but the unexpected just helps us be more prepared next time. Couldn't bring my car out due to the rear end being taken apart again. Maybe 3rd time will be the charm. So far not impressed with the 12 bolt. Had to run my Ecoboost truck for giggles, it surprised me with a 14.7. Cant wait to see what an intake and tune will do for it.
  10. Not sure yet. Need to do something about the aftermarket torque arm, it makes a hell of a lot of noise when shifting hard. Pinion angle needs set. And something else is making a whirling airplane taking off noise. Because race car.
  11. Hey, I was not driving when this one broke! I only break unbreakable rear ends in cars. :dumb: Already got the 12 bolt rebuilt though, just need to sort out a couple other issues before I drive the firebird much.
  12. Better than the $390 wiper motor the dealer quoted.
  13. Over the weekend when it was pouring down rain, my windshield wipers stopped in the up position while driving down the road in the Mercedes C230. We pulled off at a gas station and I swapped the 1-2 slow speed relay with the On/Off relay and got them working again so I could drive it home. When turning off the car or turning off the wipers they stay up on the windshield, they don't go back to where they should. I ordered a new relay and replaced it, but they still won't go back into the "home" position. I tried swapping the 2 relays making sure that both where not bad, and they are both in working condition. Before I go and drop a bunch of money on a new windshield wiper motor and try to figure out how to replace it, is there something I am missing? Does it need "reset" somehow?
  14. Welcome! Let me know if you need any assistance posting pics.
  15. I drove my C230 all winter. No snow tires. No problems at all. Small wheel base, not a lot of power. It did amazing. I would not however, attempt to drive my Firebird during the winter without snow tires and weight in the back. My previous one didn't make it out of the driveway a few years ago without getting stuck.
  16. Anyone have any need for a bunch of reptile supplies? Unused UV Bulbs, heat lamp fixtures, unopened bag of sand, 10gal aquarium, a large reptile log, and a bunch of random misc. ALL FREE. http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x123/wannarace928/WP_20140118_001.jpg

  19. I have to say my husband went above/beyond anything I could of dreamed up as a Christmas present. He lured me to the other side of Columbus and stopped in front of a framing store. Making me think he had bought me a gift from there. He went inside, came back out and grumpily told me they where making us wait 30-40 minutes. Shrugging it off, I suggested we walk over to the pet store next door to kill the time. We walk in, look at all of the cute puppies and make our way to the end where one of the glass enclosures has wrapping paper over it. Anthony asked what was in there and the sales guy told Anthony he could remove it as it was for a contest or something. He pulls the paper back and there is a note on the glass with "Reserved for T. Green" wrote on it. After taking a moment to realize what was going on, I looked over at Anthony and said "You didn't". He had special ordered the cutest Shiba Inu 6 weeks ago... (Much to our other Shiba's dismay!) Added bonus: The dog looks like he has a Pheonix on his chest. http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x123/wannarace928/puppy-1.jpg
