  1. Eh, doubt ill ever get into scooters. Just can't stand the looks of em or the tiny little wheels. Maybe a tricked out ruckus to cruise around the neighborhood like a pit bike but that's it.
  2. Every appendix scar I've seen was dead center, this ones off to her right....maybe Wayne Brady had to stab a bitch...
  3. What is that, a fucking scar from a gunshot wound on ole tits McGee on the left there?
  4. She's a sissy and needs a bar....she's hated it on the back of all my sportbikes, being up high and hunched over, feet too high up etc... I've never sat bitch on a viffer so maybe I'm wrong but it doesn't look much different than a sportbike.
  5. Bought my first cruiser, a vt1100 last fall and finally got it on the road. Before that I owned either inline four or v twin sport bikes. I originally bought the shadow to have something comfy for the wife to get on the back of but I'm really digging it. Its got decent power and is pretty comfy. My TL1000s is currently in need of repair due to putting it in a ditch last fall and my plan was to restore it to its former glory and ride it but now I may sell it and just ride the shadow.... Anyway, I'm diggin the cruiser for now.
  6. Can't be a any worse than their food.
  7. Can't say as I have. I was on the slab last year and a pack of bible-bikers actually yielded to me...of course they all had to hand signal before changing lanes as to be one hive-mind.
  8. Holy stock exhaust batman! Those pipes are actually worth something as nobody kept the factory 4 to 4 and instead shitcanned it for a kerker or Jardine 4 to 1.
  9. There really isnt much wiring in those old bikes. If his battery exploded its likely that the voltage regulator was out of adjustment (yes, adjustment....its electro-mechanical). Most of the wiring is I think 16 Hague except for the starter circuit which should be around 8 and some other high-loaf components that are maybe 12. It would be a good idea to replace the old style glass fuses with some blade type ones and swap out the rectifier and voltage regulator for something less archaic in a combined unit. Its a 3 phase alternator so just about anything should work. Color coded diagrams can be found for free online.
  10. That's because there's nothing inside their head to protect.
  11. Yup. Hells angels and northcoast 12 do it, I'm guessing other big 1% clubs like Mongols, pagans, outlaws etc to it too... The things some people are willing to do for acceptance and trashy women.
  12. I'm kinda on the fence about these things, on one hand the idea of being able to talk to my buddies while riding is kind of attractive but on the other hand its probably a bad idea to willfully distract yourself while riding a motorcycle.
  13. I've never seen one 1% club that didn't demand you ride a Harley. A lot of them require you ride a Harley with an 80 inch motor or bigger and a lot of them require you to sign the title of your bike over to the club so that they can punish you by taking your bike away. "we ride for freedom, because we reject the norms of society and all their conformist bullshit....then we tell our members specifically what they may ride, where when and in what order and we all dress the same". What a load of shit.
  14. She no work on my android phone. Sad panda....
  15. I have a hideous king&queen seat I may let go, super comfy but ugly as sin. No rips, fiberglass pan.
  16. I used to be in a club, it was ghey. They did more drinking and ass-grabbery than riding. I was eventually drummed out for spending too much time on my motorcycle and not enough time attending meetings and idiotic events to raise money for the club so they could prop up the failing bar the regional president owned.
  17. I don't need a club as an excuse to be a violent psychopath.
  18. Just left my shadow sitting on a car floor jack, the kickstand and a concrete block all weekend. Barring earthquakes or mischievous monkeys playing on it should be fine. Sure fancy shmancy spool stands would be better, but who has the time....
  19. Jamal (malasianinvasion) came over today after I told him I took the day off work. Got fresh Dunlop on the back of the shadow, greased the shaft splines, changed the gear oil in the rear end, bled and rplaced the clutch and brake fluid and gave the k&n a good cleaning. Only fluid I haven't touched is the coolant, probably tackle that this week. P.O. must have had mice, the air box was full of some sort of pelletized pet food... This bike definitely wasn't super maintained, the clutch fluid was kinda creamy, brake fluid didn't look great either. Accidentally put too much oil in, so had to drain some out. Dirty as hell just from sitting in the bike for a few days and running for maybe ten minutes.
