  1. Huge jump up in power, Im kinda relieved that you won't be leading any 'moderate paced' rides in ohio this year.... that beast has to pull like crazy
  2. Bring it to me and I'll fix it for a price.
  3. Got help from friends and family. Laid all the pipe (gigity) and got the portion that won't be pavers back filled and seeded. Need a lot more limestone than I thought I did, back at it tomorrow.
  4. Hoping to finish this project before it starts storming. Need a buddy with a truck to go get pea gravel, crushed limestone and sand to finish installing a drain pipe and substrate for pavers. Beer and steak guaranteed. pm or text 330.338.9708
  5. No, the star is designed to have speakers, has little foam holders behind the ear pads.
  6. I wanted to avoid running aNY wires anywhere but along the opening of the helmet to avoid creating pressure points.
  7. the way the cheek pads fit. There's that thin plastic part that slides between the shell and the non removable part of the liner, in order to use the clamp you'd have to cut it for the wires to run through. The sticky clamp seems pretty solid tho.
  8. Wtf do ya'll do for a living and where do I apply?
  9. Ok got it today. Couldnt mount it to by bell star using the clamp so it's stuck on. Speakers are loud but not much bass Really. Better than the thumper 2's I had in there previously. So far I've had 3 phone calls while riding and they were very clear on both ends. I can even use the voice control function on my phone but it's a bit wonky. I'm pretty happy with it, looking forward to intercom with another rider.
  10. Fathead is too west coast for me...too much pineapple and grapefruit flavors. I'm drinking a new Belgium ranger, pretty good.
  11. I've used bike brite Before, works on all metals, plastics, chrome etc. Loosens bugs and tar pretty good, rinses clean and does a good job with minimal rubbing.
  12. That's dumb Not having a petcock. Is there room to put one inline? They're pretty cheap.
  13. Looks like a fun, zippy little bike.
  14. I just shut the fuel valve and run the carb dry. Need to run mine soon tho, been a few months.
  15. Work all day then work all night. Work work work....
  16. At least I think I had 4" after it was all said and done. Gonna re measure tonight and see... I really don't wanna do this twice.
  17. Not a hard job but it will change the suspension geometry and thus, the handling of the bike. Typically when you lower the rear it makes the steering less responsive. Most streetfighter jack the back end up so it looks like a cat in heat.
  18. Ok so we started digging yesterday. I leveled a line above the proposed site and took measurements from it to the ground at beginning and end. End is 14" lower than beginning. 4" pip plus 2" of limestone, 2" of sand and 2" thick pavers means there is 4" of drop from the lowest spot on the pipe on the beginning side to the surface of the yard where it ends (right?) So should that be enough for it to flow well?
  19. I think this chick is gonna work out.
  20. That's never happened to me
