Yes the Gen 4 grip is better, but I still hate the front finger grooves.

LCP in pocket holster goes in my front upper jacket pocket, otherwise I am sporting my XD or M&P in a Comp-Tac, and or a Blackhawk Serpa in OWB near the kidney position.
