^Agreed. Always get annoyed when people talk shit about any racers saying they can do better or someone in particular "sucks". I'd like to see them try.
Just got back from grattan for the first trackday of the year. It was cold as hell before lunch but it warmed up quick and ended up being an excellent experience and I had a blast. Lots of crashes though...
maybe its just me and my bad memory, but i dont remember mid ohio having a gate fee or grattan with STT having one. again, maybe they did but i just dont remember
yeah i wasn't complaining, just wondering. but you get the wrist bands at the gate when you pay so if i left it on, they would know i was just there yesterday. maybe they will give me an exception if i show them my band from the day before haha
so if we do a trackday on saturday, it costs $10 a person gate fee obviously. but if we go home and come back on sunday to race, it costs ANOTHER $10 per person gate fee?
So if you are under these times are these tracks, you would be alright for racing? Nelson - 1:30 Beaver - 1:10 Grattan - 1:30 (?) Putnam - ??? Mid-Ohio - 1:50 (?) Do those times seem close? Correct me if I'm wrong
Yeah I got the predator model. very glad i did too with all the extra wattage i wont have to worry about overloading it ever. even with fans and shit and 2 sets of warmers.
this is where I will be getting my 003's from this year if anyone else is looking for them online unless these are sold trackside at motoseries events?! http://mizemotors.com/bridgestoneracedot.aspx
So I bought one of these today and I am impressed. It feels like a really solid unit. After I put gas in her and some oil it started on the first pull. It sounds smooth and solid. Its about 70db so I figured if I put it in front of my car it will block most of the sound. Or build a quiet box. Or just put it far away enough that it's quiet.
CRT is a good concept, but its almost like there are 2 races at the same time. Factory GP bikes, and the CRT bikes. I wish they were a bit closer in terms of lap times
i feel like even if a helmet is crashed in, it is still safe to use if the damage is only to the visor. so basically, if there is no huge scuffs or damage to the shell of the helmet, i would not hesitate to buy it
would you guys say that the motogp guys are riding their bikes to the max and the bikes are actually holding them back? like if they were given better bikes, they would immediately be faster because they were riding their current bikes to their max potential? or would you say those gp bikes have more to give than what the riders are capable of?
