  1. I just sold my 97 ZX6R. It was in great condition, comparable miles, but repainted. I could have gotten $2300 at most but settled for $2k to get it sold quickly. I think you'll have a hard time selling it at that price. But it is nice and clean. Come down to $2400 and someone will buy it.
  2. Lots of good info here guys.....thanks. Never been out that way, I just picked the twistiest roads on the map to 536, and the best looking yet most direct route back. Hopefully it makes for a good ride. Have to get some other riders first though, otherwise I'm going solo. If you need directions Strictly Solo, or a meetup closer to Columbus, let me know.
  3. Looking to get out again this Saturday. I put together a route that looks pretty fun. A lot of twisties and according to an Ohioan on another site, 536 is as twisty as the Dragons Tail, albeit shorter. Here's the route: http://ridewithgps.com/routes/2730797 So we'll meet at the BP at 13 and 70 at 10am and should be back by 3pm. All can come along, ride at your own pace, nobody is left behind. Any questions or if you're coming along, post up.
  4. One post.....hmmmmm, ooks like he's trying to resell it for a profit. If it fits a 2003 GSXR 600, I'll take it. Any way to find out?
  5. Any idea if those sprockets fit an 03 GSXR 600?
  6. Just send it to me via PM. May take me a day or two to get on Photoshop being the weekend, but I'll do it for you.

Thanks for the tip on CR22 and CR19. Both are better than the section they cut out of 60, in my opinion. The asphalt is certainly much better anyway.
  8. Good ride Shawn, (not sure how to spell it). Funny that I work with your Dad. It really is a small world. Wish we could have made the second half of the route, but the detours held us up. But at least we now know CR 22 and 19 are even better than that section of 60. We'll definitely have to do it again sometime soon.

I think I made adjustments to our route around the closed signs based on your reports. Thanks btw Hey, quick question. Is 514 open between 39 and 36? Planning to head south on 514 after going around the construction on 520.

We'll be up that way, but doing less sight seeing and more riding. Sounds like fun though. If we see you out we'll stop and say hi.
  11. I'll be there. See you guys in the morning. You gonna make it R1?
  12. Sounds good man. Would be great to have you along!
  13. You guys should meet us in the Coshocton area.
  14. That sounds like fun. I plan to go out there for the Superbikes, Indycars/ LeMans, and the Nascar weekend. So I'll be there a bunch this summer. Probably should do a track day too, eventually.
  15. Just for everyone's information.... After checking some ride reports due to Hutch's warning and littlecarbbigsmiles recommendations, I made some adjustments to the route. There's a lot of construction in the area, but it'll force the route onto some new roads that should make things interesting in the Coshocton area. The map has been changed to reflect the change in course. Only added 6 miles and it will be cool to ride some new roads. Sure hope to get another rider or two though....
  16. Well, text me and let me know if we should wait. That is if you're not too far behind us. Still think you should keep the RR though
  17. What are you getting? Bring your new bike.
  18. You guys should tell the Mrs. that an epic ride awaits. Heck, JC can bring the Mrs. along.
  19. Trade for what? If you still have the CBR, come out with that.
  20. I'm seeing 88, but yeah textile will be the way to go. I don't get hot unless its over 95 and I'm not moving. And I always wear ATGATT. There will be a couple gas stops when necessary where we can get water, Gatorade, etc. and if people want to eat we can hit the Dairy Bar (ice cream, hot dogs, slushies, etc etc) in Somerset, which is probably 150 miles into the trip. Would be a good time to take a breather. In case anyone needs directions, the KFC in Newark is at the end of the 16 East exit ramp for Cedar street just past downtown Newarl.
  21. My bad, yeah. It's Saturday the 22nd. I had started to write the OP and then had to start over when the window closed. Left that out the second time I wrote it haha. Fairly important. Pace is everyone rides their own ride, no rider left behind. We wait at all intersections and road changes.
  22. RIDE stands for Real Intense Duration and Endurance, but the actual route is right at 250 miles, so it's nothing toooo crazy. It's not a trip out West or something. The route is intense though and hits all of my favorite roads. Hoping to have a good group to join up. Any route that has 514 and 520 as well as 78 and 555 (the good part, not the shitty part) has to be good. Meet at KFC in Newark at 10:30am. Kickstands at 10:45. We'll be back by 3:30 or 4 at the latest but most likely earlier. The ride ends at route 70 and 13 near Buckeye Lake, so everyone can hit the slab and go their separate ways. Here's a map of the route. Pretty proud I got all of those amazing roads in the ride and kept it under 250 miles. Post up if you're coming. Looks to be a good day of riding! 23. Just trying to see if anyone has some used (or not used) clipons available. Some of the name brand stuff is pretty steep (Apex), some of it is awesome but expensive (LSL), and most of the Chinese junk has minimal adjustments. So,.....anyone have anything?
