  1. While that laser scanner may only be $3k, that printer, if like most stereolithography machines, probably cost at least $200-300k.
  2. Are you kidding me? Everything about that sucked!
  3. Did you know... that hitting the bumpstops is a bad thing?
  4. I ordered 16" and 18"(I think) Kirkey aluminum seats for for my car, but I guess I overestimated the size of my skinny ass. The 16" fits way too loosely for my taste, does anyone have a smaller size they would be willing to trade for either of the seats? These are brand new Pro-Street-Drag model Kirkeys. http://www.kirkeyracing.com/index.php?link=browse&code=Series41
  5. It's a universal kit, can be made to work on anything. Bumps

  7. Eaton M62 snout, tubing bender, tubing flare tool, two MT28 starters, 5 disc cd changer that doesnt work...
  8. I have a brand new, never installed Nitrous Express single-point wet kit for sale. It has been sitting in my garage for a while and now I need money for other projects. Asking $300. http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m187/limitedslip7/pic4.jpg Also, I have a set of custom peripheral port housings for sale, asking $1100.
  9. You call that "green"? It would lead to the destruction of bamboo, a precious resource already in short supply due to those pesky pandas... Your friend should be ashamed That reminds me, I need to go pour that bucket of used motor oil out in the storm drain and pick up a tank of leaded racegas for my cat-less RX-7...
  10. Win. I hate that bitch so fucking much. If I had a "list", she would be on it. :ninja:
  11. I've had to drive back and forth to work and school in this shit past couple of days in my Miata with summer tires, but I can still manage to do 40-45 mph. AWD, ABS, and big trucks are for pussies. (except when going up all these fucking hills)
  12. A real man would have used an pneumatic drill...
  13. ^+1 Are they still around? I havn't eaten at one since their Campus Drive location closed.
  14. My offer stands! Edit: Oh wait, I spent $1.25 on a milk at work today... so subtract that from my offer.
  15. Fucking sweet! There are a few errors in that article though, the battery will not recieve a full charge in 10 minutes from just a 110v wall outlet as it takes far more wattage than the outlet can supply. I did a research project on these batteries for a nanotech class and it took a special charger with a much higher wattage output to get a full charge in 10 min. They use a nanotanate matrix instead of lead for the electrodes in the lithium batteries so they can withstand much higher thermal loads without exploding. They cost twice as much as standard lithium batteries though, but may have come down in price since I did the research about a year ago. edit: ^beat me to it
  16. I completely agree... The intake charge would have to be extremely dense to achieve those kinds of numbers in such a small space, if it is even possible, and I don't see any turbos. Also, 4000 ft-lbs at 3000 RPM is kind of meaningless because torque numbers can easily be changed to whatever you want with gearing. Power figures would be much more appropriate, or at least give output shaft speeds along with the engine RPM. Eh, I'm always extremely skeptical anytime I see such exorbitant claims. Gonneville, those designs are sweet! I havn't seen most of those before...
  17. Cool site, should come in handy in a few months...
  18. When eating M&Ms or similar candies, I always organize them into groups by color, then eat whichever color I have most of until I have the same number of every color. However, any defective candies get immediately eaten. I'm pretty sure a lot of people do that though.

    Pimpin'

The lizard kicks ass. Pricey though, seems like I spend at least $50 every time I go there...
  20. Uhhh... you don't really want to know. I do not need anything to go with it, except maybe a bypass valve. I would actually prefer a used one with some miles on it as I am on a bit of a budget. Do you guys have prices on these? I also have a brand new Nitrous Express single-point wet kit I could offer in trade or partial trade.
  21. I'm looking to buy one of these three superchargers, preferably a 45 or 62, but I guess a 90 will do if the price is right. It's okay if the bearings are shot as long as there is no other damage or excessive wear. I just need the supercharger, no other accessories or even the pulley.
