    Any solitaire stone's of any decent size should bring a decent value. I still have what's left of all my Mother's stuff, after I gave all the grand kids a bag full.

    150, it was still plenty rare. Had a strong smoke flavor. It was still good but the kids didn't like it. As fast as it cooked I probably didn't need the 2nd batch of wood chips. I'm looking for a beef brisket to smoke around Christmas time. $8 a pound at my local giant eagle.

    Thanks guy's for all the info. I was going to remove the simm card on my phone and see if it still works. Which it should, as far as I understand at this point. So this is another good use for a old cell phone! Also just a reminder OP has one more still for sale. Bump bump bumpity bump.

    Are talking about the wifi remote, or cell phone app? If the cell phone works w/out Internet or w/out signal that would be nice. Which I'm thinking they will just connect to each other like the remote does. Still seams more like a bluetooth connection. [emoji85]

    Really? I guess I dont get it. When I think of wifi I'm thinking of something connected to the internet. So how does the wifi remote work, with no cellular involved? I was hoping to use the app in Wv. But if it needs wifi that idea is out, since there's no service there except at the top of the mountains.

    I have a random question about this camera. I know I could probably look it up in the manual. The camera is listed as Wi-Fi compatible with a remote for an app on your phone or tablet or similar device. Is this really Wi-Fi or Bluetooth?

    Smoking some beef eye of the round today. And reading anywhere from internal temps of 125 to 160! I was thinking around 145 but looking for what you all recommend, thx and this is time sensitive as I'm at 110 degrees now.
